Nous avons r\u00e9cemment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l\u2019une des deux normes utilis\u00e9es pour concevoir des syst\u00e8mes de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en forte demande : ISO 13849-1. Nous pr\u00e9sentons maintenant les aspects cl\u00e9s de IEC 62061. Lorsqu\u2019une d\u00e9faillance d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment du sous-syst\u00e8me est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e, la fonction de diagnostic d\u00e9clenche une r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut. De m\u00eame, l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de l\u2019OTE est la <em>fonction de r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut<\/em>. L\u2019ensemble TE + OTE est d\u00e9fini comme la <em>fonction de traitement des d\u00e9fauts<\/em> dans la norme IEC 62061.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div C, le calcul du PFH suppose une gestion des d\u00e9fauts optimale dans le temps.<br \/>\nUne gestion des d\u00e9fauts optimale dans le temps pour un \u00e9l\u00e9ment du sous-syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre suppos\u00e9e si l\u2019une des conditions suivantes est satisfaite:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le <strong>taux de diagnostic<\/strong> est au moins <strong>100 fois sup\u00e9rieur<\/strong> au taux de demande de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour la r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut est suffisamment court pour amener le syst\u00e8me dans un <strong>\u00e9tat s\u00fbr<\/strong>, avant qu\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement dangereux ne se produise ; ou<\/li>\n<li>La gestion des d\u00e9fauts est <strong>effectu\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement lors de toute demande potentielle<\/strong> de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et le <strong>temps n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> pour d\u00e9tecter un d\u00e9faut d\u00e9tectable et amener le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr est inf\u00e9rieur au temps de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ; ou<\/li>\n<li>La gestion des d\u00e9fauts est effectu\u00e9e <strong>de mani\u00e8re continue<\/strong>, et le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9tecter un d\u00e9faut d\u00e9tectable et amener le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr est <strong>inf\u00e9rieur au temps de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9<\/strong> ; ou<\/li>\n<li>La gestion des d\u00e9fauts est effectu\u00e9e p\u00e9riodiquement, et la somme de l\u2019intervalle de test, du temps n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9tecter un d\u00e9faut d\u00e9tectable et du temps n\u00e9cessaire pour amener le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr est inf\u00e9rieure au temps de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le tableau 1 r\u00e9sume toutes les conditions possibles li\u00e9es \u00e0 une mise en \u0153uvre correcte d\u2019une architecture 1oo1D.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Situation 1 et 3. <\/strong>Si aucun \u00e9tat s\u00fbr n\u2019est possible, que la fr\u00e9quence de test soit optimale ou non, <strong>nous ne pouvons pas revendiquer une architecture 1oo1D<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDans ce cas, on revient \u00e0 une architecture 1oo1, o\u00f9 des composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s (well-tried components) doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La raison de la diff\u00e9rence avec la norme ISO 13849-1, dans le cas de la situation 3, est li\u00e9e au fait que la norme IEC 62061 est reli\u00e9e \u00e0 IEC 61508.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[IEC 61508-2] 7.4.8 Exigences relatives au comportement du syst\u00e8me lors de la d\u00e9tection d\u2019un d\u00e9faut<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>7.4.8.3 <\/em><\/strong><em>La d\u00e9tection d\u2019un d\u00e9faut dangereux (par des tests de diagnostic, des tests de preuve ou tout autre moyen) dans tout sous-syst\u00e8me ayant une tol\u00e9rance aux d\u00e9faillances mat\u00e9rielles de 0 doit, dans le cas d\u2019un sous-syst\u00e8me mettant en \u0153uvre une ou plusieurs fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnant en mode de forte demande ou en mode continu, <strong>entra\u00eener une action sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e pour atteindre ou maintenir un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr<\/strong> (voir la note).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>NOTE\u00a0: <\/em><\/strong><em>L\u2019action sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre ou maintenir un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr sera d\u00e9finie dans les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me E\/E\/PE (voir IEC61508-1,.10). Elle peut consister, par exemple, en l\u2019arr\u00eat s\u00fbr de l\u2019EUC (Equipment Under Control), ou de la partie de l\u2019EUC qui d\u00e9pend du sous-syst\u00e8me d\u00e9faillant pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Situation 2.<\/strong> Aucun test optimal n\u2019est pr\u00e9sent ; cependant, si un d\u00e9faut est d\u00e9tect\u00e9, il est possible de mettre le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr. On peut alors revendiquer une architecture de sous-syst\u00e8me de base <strong>1oo1D<\/strong> et atteindre SIL 2, si toutes les autres conditions sont remplies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019utiliser des composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous avons \u00e0 la fois un test optimal et, si un d\u00e9faut est d\u00e9tect\u00e9, il est possible de mettre le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr. On peut donc <strong>revendiquer une architecture de sous-syst\u00e8me de base 1oo1D<\/strong> et atteindre SIL 2, si toutes les autres conditions sont remplies. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019utiliser des composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette architecture est \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9licate\u00a0\u00bb, de mani\u00e8re similaire \u00e0 la Cat\u00e9gorie 2.<br \/>\nLe probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans la d\u00e9faillance de la fonction de diagnostic, appel\u00e9e fonction de traitement des d\u00e9fauts, alors que le canal fonctionnel continue de fonctionner. La <strong>Fonction de Traitement des D\u00e9fauts<\/strong> comprend \u00e0 la fois la fonction de diagnostic des d\u00e9fauts et la fonction de r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start flex-col md:items-center\">\n\n    \n\n                    <div \n                class=\"order-2 relative w-full\"\n            >\n                <div\n                    class=\"pt-6 space-y-6 w-full md:pt-0 md:space-y-4 lg:space-y-8 xl:space-y-9\"\n                >\n                    \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Architecture de sous-syst\u00e8me de base C avec traitement des d\u00e9fauts r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le SCS    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n    \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Il s\u2019agit de la situation la plus simple, puisque les <strong>fonctions de diagnostic<\/strong> et de r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut (\u00e9quivalentes au TE et \u00e0 l\u2019OTE dans la norme ISO 13849-1) font d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La fonction de traitement des d\u00e9fauts est enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un sous-syst\u00e8me distinct du SCS, qui participe \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la <strong>fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> et contribue donc \u00e0 son PFH.<\/p>\n<p>Autrement dit, dans ce cas, nous pouvons ignorer la fiabilit\u00e9 du canal de surveillance, puisque celle-ci est d\u00e9j\u00e0 prise en compte lors du calcul de la fiabilit\u00e9 du canal fonctionnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        \n                    <div\n D\u00e9fauts<\/strong>, ou <strong>\u03bb<\/strong><strong><sub>D-FH<\/sub><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un mod\u00e8le de Markov a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour obtenir les diff\u00e9rentes formules du PFH.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe trois situations possibles:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le sous-syst\u00e8me C dispose d\u2019un <strong>diagnostic de d\u00e9faut externe<\/strong> (TE), mais l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment qui r\u00e9alise la r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut (qui correspondrait \u00e0 l\u2019OTE dans la cat\u00e9gorie 2 de la norme ISO 13849-1) est interne au sous-syst\u00e8me<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dans ce cas, le taux de d\u00e9faillance de la fonction de traitement des d\u00e9fauts comprend uniquement la fonction de r\u00e9action au d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que Cette derni\u00e8re condition aligne l\u2019architecture 1oo1D avec la cat\u00e9gorie 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, un sous-syst\u00e8me \u00e0 canal unique surveill\u00e9 (1oo1D) pour lequel aucune de ces deux conditions n\u2019est satisfaite doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une architecture de sous-syst\u00e8me de base A (1oo1) ; se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au tableau 7.8.<\/p>\n<p>Le tableau 3 est applicable.
