Il existe en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 deux autres indicateurs importants \u00e0 conna\u00eetre\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">le MTTF (temps moyen de d\u00e9faillance)<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0et\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">le B10 . Ce\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">dernier<\/span><\/sub><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0est important pour la\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">fiabilit\u00e9 des composants \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. Dans cet article, nous expliquerons ces trois indicateurs et leurs liens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Si vous avez besoin des valeurs de fiabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un transmetteur de pression destin\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, vous consulterez probablement le manuel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des composants et, en particulier, les diff\u00e9rents types de taux de d\u00e9faillance. Ces valeurs sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement calcul\u00e9es par des laboratoires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s tels\u00a0<\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exida.com\/\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">qu&rsquo;Exida<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ou l&rsquo;un des organismes\u00a0<\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuvsud.com\/it-it\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">T\u00dcV<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">La situation est diff\u00e9rente lorsque vous avez besoin des param\u00e8tres de fiabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9lectrovanne pneumatique ; dans ce cas, vous devez contacter directement le fabricant et vous fier \u00e0 la valeur\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">B\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">10D<\/span><\/sub><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0fournie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Les questions qui peuvent se poser sont\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi l&rsquo;approche est-elle diff\u00e9rente dans les deux cas\u00a0? Pourquoi\u00a0les donn\u00e9es pour les composants\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00e9lectroniques d\u00e9pendent-elles uniquement du composant lui-m\u00eame, alors que pour un composant\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, elles d\u00e9pendent non seulement du composant lui-m\u00eame, mais aussi de la fa\u00e7on dont il est connect\u00e9 au solveur logique\u00a0? Pourquoi est-il possible de conna\u00eetre tous les types de taux de d\u00e9faillance pour un composant \u00e9lectronique, alors que pour l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrovanne, seule une valeur de\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">B\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">10D<\/span><\/sub><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0est disponible\u00a0? Il est courant d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de mesure \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9faillances par milliard (10<\/span><sup><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a09<\/span><\/sup><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0) d&rsquo;heures\u00a0\u00bb, appel\u00e9e\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">FIT\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">(Failures In Time)<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. Par exemple, un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui subit sept d\u00e9faillances par milliard d&rsquo;heures de fonctionnement \u00e0 25\u00a0\u00b0C pr\u00e9sente un taux de d\u00e9faillance de 7 FIT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Selon la norme IEC\u00a0<\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/normative-tecniche\/iec-normative-tecniche\/iec-61508\/\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">61508<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0,<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0il existe quatre types de d\u00e9fauts :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">pannes s\u00fbres;<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">pannes dangereuses;<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00e9checs sans effet ;<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">pannes \u00ab sans pi\u00e8ce \u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Il est assez intuitif de comprendre ce qu&rsquo;est une\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">d\u00e9faillance<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0s\u00fbre et une d\u00e9faillance\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">dangereuse<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, une\u00a0d\u00e9faillance \u00ab<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0sans pi\u00e8ce\u00a0\u00bb est la d\u00e9faillance d&rsquo;un composant qui ne joue aucun r\u00f4le dans la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Une d\u00e9faillance\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00ab\u00a0sans effet\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0est la d\u00e9faillance d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui joue un r\u00f4le dans la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais qui n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;effet direct sur celle-ci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dans la version 2010 de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/normative-tecniche\/iec-normative-tecniche\/iec-61508\/\"><strong><em><span dir=\"auto\">la norme CEI 61508,<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0les d\u00e9fauts sans effet<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0et\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">sans composant<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s\u00a0afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter d&rsquo;influencer le calcul du SFF\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">en<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0prenant en compte des circuits non pertinents pour la fiabilit\u00e9 de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0: ces deux types de d\u00e9fauts ne doivent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour calculer le SFF. Nous aborderons le SFF dans un autre article. Les d\u00e9fauts sans effet n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas mentionn\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/normative-tecniche\/iec-normative-tecniche\/iec-62061-sicurezza-funzionale-dei-macchinari\/\"><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\">la norme CEI 62061<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, mais ils sont d\u00e9sormais importants pour comprendre certains nouveaux aspects li\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9faillance des composants \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">s\u00fbr<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ou\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">dangereux<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, chaque d\u00e9faut peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre class\u00e9 comme\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">d\u00e9tect\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ou\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">non d\u00e9tect\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Par cons\u00e9quent, le\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">taux d\u2019\u00e9chec<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0est la somme
