Nous avons r\u00e9cemment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l&rsquo;une des deux normes les plus demand\u00e9es pour la conception de syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : ISO 13849-1. Nous allons maintenant pr\u00e9senter la norme IEC 62061.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour en 2021 et un amendement a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 en 2024. Il s&rsquo;agit de la deuxi\u00e8me norme utilis\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines, et la moins utilis\u00e9e. Elle est issue de l&rsquo;approche de la s\u00e9rie IEC 61508 et le niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est indiqu\u00e9 en SIL (niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9). Elle s&rsquo;inscrit dans la d\u00e9marche d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la norme IEC 61508. Elle s&rsquo;adresse au secteur des machines et permet de v\u00e9rifier le niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 atteint par un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le relatif \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SCS).<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">[CEI 62061 DIS: 2020] Introduction<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">[\u2026] La pr\u00e9sente Norme internationale est destin\u00e9e aux concepteurs de machines, aux fabricants et int\u00e9grateurs de syst\u00e8mes de commande, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux autres acteurs impliqu\u00e9s dans la sp\u00e9cification, la conception et la validation d&rsquo;un SCS. Elle d\u00e9finit une approche et fournit des exigences pour atteindre les performances n\u00e9cessaires.\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vers 2010, un groupe de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec pour mission de r\u00e9diger une norme commune pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle des machines, appel\u00e9e ISO\/IEC 17305, combinant les normes ISO 13849-1 et ISO 62061. Malheureusement, cette nouvelle norme n&rsquo;a pas vu le jour. Lors de sa premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de maintenance (MT 62061, comme on l&rsquo;appelle \u00e0 la IEC ) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que les r\u00e9sultats de ses travaux serviraient de point de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la nouvelle \u00e9dition. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des raisons pour lesquelles la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la IEC 62061 se rapproche davantage de l&rsquo;ISO 13849-1 : l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a concili\u00e9 l&rsquo;approche de la IEC 61508 <\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">avec le pragmatisme de la norme ISO 13849-1<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . Voici les principales modifications par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La nouvelle norme s&rsquo;applique d\u00e9sormais aux technologies non \u00e9lectriques. C&rsquo;est pourquoi elle fait d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le relatifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SCS) plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;aux syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le \u00e9lectrique relatifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SRECS).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les Architectures sont d\u00e9sormais mieux d\u00e9finies, notamment l&rsquo;Architecture C, ainsi que les formules \u00e0 utiliser.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La contrainte architecturale, auparavant appel\u00e9e SIL Claim, est d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9finie comme le SIL maximum qu&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me peut atteindre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Des exigences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance pour les activit\u00e9s de v\u00e9rification et de validation des logiciels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">De nouvelles annexes informatives importantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es ; les informations contenues et l&rsquo;approche d\u00e9crite sont celles de la norme ISO 13849-1 :<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Annexe C<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> sur des exemples de valeurs B <\/span><sub><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">10D<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> et MTTF <\/span><sub><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">D<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> pour les composants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Annexe D\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> exemples de valeurs de couverture diagnostique<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Contraintes architecturales    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><span dir=\"auto\">La norme IEC 62061 reste connect\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche IEC 61508 appel\u00e9e Route\u00a01\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">H.<\/span><\/sub><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">En mode faible demande<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> , les composants sont class\u00e9s en type A ou type B, et deux tableaux diff\u00e9rents sont utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer le niveau SIL maximal qu&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 peut atteindre. La norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061 d\u00e9finit cependant un tableau unique pour tous les types de composants, dont le contenu est similaire \u00e0 celui des composants de type B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dans le contexte de\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> , le niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui peut \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le relatif \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SCS) est limit\u00e9 par la tol\u00e9rance aux pannes mat\u00e9rielles (HFT) et la fraction de d\u00e9faillance s\u00fbre (SFF) du sous-syst\u00e8me ex\u00e9cutant la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 utiliser est le tableau 1, qui correspond au tableau 6 de la norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n n&rsquo;implique pas de limitation PFH\u00a0; dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition, PFH\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0est d\u00e9sormais simplement appel\u00e9 PFH, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie IEC 61508. Cela signifie que, pour chaque sous-syst\u00e8me, en raison de la contrainte architecturale, la valeur PFH sera inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle normalement indiqu\u00e9e pour ce niveau SIL particulier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Globalement, le langage utilis\u00e9 et les approches d\u00e9crites dans cette deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la norme sont plus clairs, la rendant plus accessible que la premi\u00e8re. Malheureusement, certaines expressions h\u00e9rit\u00e9es de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2005 peuvent pr\u00eater \u00e0 confusion quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche \u00e0 adopter et devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9finitivement supprim\u00e9es dans la prochaine \u00e9dition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Le tableau 2 compare les contraintes architecturales de la norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061 avec les limitations d\u00e9finies par la norme ISO 13849-1 et est donc applicable \u00e0 tous les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mode de forte dir=\"auto\">moyennes<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0DC .<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"604\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">REMARQUE 3 :<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Pour HFT = 0 et SFF \u2265 99 %, les limitations suivantes peuvent \u00eatre pertinentes :<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a7 Il est recommand\u00e9 de limiter le SIL maximal atteignable \u00e0 2 lorsque des exclusions de d\u00e9fauts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es, ce qui pourrait conduire \u00e0 des situations dangereuses (voir IEC 62061, 7.3.3.3)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Le niveau SIL 3 ne peut \u00eatre atteint qu&rsquo;avec une surveillance continue du bon fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment. Autrement dit, selon la norme ISO 13849-1, il est possible d&rsquo;utiliser un automate programmable industriel (API) \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0\u00bb pour mettre en \u0153uvre un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0: le PL maximal atteignable est PL b. Au lieu d&rsquo;un graphique ou d&rsquo;un tableau pr\u00e9sentant les valeurs de PFH, la norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061 propose \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur des formules qui repr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une simplification des sch\u00e9mas fonctionnels de fiabilit\u00e9 et sont con\u00e7ues pour fournir des estimations prudentes de PFH. Autrement dit, chaque architecture de base poss\u00e8de une formule de calcul de PFH. Cette formule contient des variables telles que le taux de d\u00e9faillance ou la couverture du diagnostic. Dans le dernier num\u00e9ro de Tuttomisure de 2025, nous d\u00e9taillerons chaque architecture de base et pr\u00e9senterons les diff\u00e9rentes formules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toutefois, ces formules ne sont applicables que si les deux conditions suivantes sont remplies :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u03bb\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">T\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">1<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0&lt;&lt; 1<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><span dir=\"auto\">Certaines des diff\u00e9rences entre les deux normes sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Dans la norme IEC 62061, le risque de\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">d\u00e9faillance de cause commune (CCF)<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0est \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un tableau similaire \u00e0 celui de la norme ISO 13849-1 ; cependant, il n&rsquo;y a pas de score minimum ; c&rsquo;est un avantage significatif en faveur de la norme IEC 62061.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">En cat\u00e9gorie 2, la norme ISO 13849-1 exige que le MTTF\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0du canal de test (TE ou \u00e9l\u00e9ment de test) ne soit pas inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de la valeur du MTTF\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\"> du canal fonctionnel. L&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de la cat\u00e9gorie 2 dans la norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061 est l&rsquo;architecture C. Dans ce cas, cependant, aucun niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 minimal n&rsquo;est fourni pour la fonction de gestion des d\u00e9fauts (\u03bb\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D-FH<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\"> ). Si la valeur n&rsquo;est pas conforme au tableau H.3 de la norme, il n&rsquo;est pas possible d&rsquo;utiliser la formule simplifi\u00e9e pour calculer le PFH du sous-syst\u00e8me et la formule g\u00e9n\u00e9rale fournie pour l&rsquo;architecture de sous-syst\u00e8me de base C doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement un avantage de la norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Dans la norme ISO 13849-1, le MTTF\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\"> des sous-syst\u00e8mes est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 100 ans, sauf pour la cat\u00e9gorie 4\u00a0; dans la norme <span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IEC <\/span> 62061, il n&rsquo;y a pas de limitation du PFH, quelle que soit l&rsquo;architecture, m\u00eame lorsque la contrainte architecturale (limitation du SIL maximal atteignable) est appliqu\u00e9e.
