first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Cet article examine les principales normes internationales impliqu\u00e9es dans la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Fonctionnelle et comment celles-ci appliquent la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie de la Fiabilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nEn particulier, il \u00e9value l\u2019applicabilit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode des Diagrammes Blocs de Fiabilit\u00e9 (RBD \u2013 Reliability Block Diagrams) en analysant les mod\u00e8les utilis\u00e9s par les normes et en les comparant aux r\u00e9sultats obtenus \u00e0 l\u2019aide du mod\u00e8le des cha\u00eenes de Markov.<br \/>\nLa strat\u00e9gie RBD est ensuite utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tudier une structure non trait\u00e9e par les normes : le double canal avec diagnostic externe au canal fonctionnel.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats, malgr\u00e9 les approximations et simplifications introduites, permettent de proposer une solution pr\u00e9liminaire pour cette structure, coh\u00e9rente avec l\u2019intervalle des r\u00e9sultats attendus, ce qui confirme la flexibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019outil pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, qui peut repr\u00e9senter une m\u00e9thode pour d\u00e9limiter le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de mod\u00e8les plus du risque associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une machine ou \u00e0 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9, prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un Syst\u00e8me de Contr\u00f4le de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SCS).<br data-start=\"209\" data-end=\"212\" \/>Le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes critiques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 exige une attention particuli\u00e8re, car l\u2019objectif final est d\u2019atteindre une condition de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : celle-ci est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9limination de toutes les \u00e9nergies r\u00e9siduelles pouvant causer des blessures aux personnes, des dommages aux biens ou des cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019environnement.<br data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"555\" \/>Une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des normes concern\u00e9es, de la mani\u00e8re dont font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La discipline qui \u00e9tudie la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me ou d\u2019un composant \u00e0 accomplir une fonction requise, dans des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques et pendant un intervalle de temps donn\u00e9, sans d\u00e9faillance, est la <strong data-start=\"233\" data-end=\"246\">Fiabilit\u00e9<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"247\" data-end=\"250\" \/>Dans cette th\u00e9orie, les d\u00e9faillances sont class\u00e9es en <strong data-start=\"304\" data-end=\"318\">al\u00e9atoires<\/strong> ou <strong data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"339\">syst\u00e9matiques<\/strong>. Les premi\u00e8res peuvent \u00eatre caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par des param\u00e8tres statistiques, tandis que les secondes n\u00e9cessitent une approche de gestion qualitative tout au long du cycle de vie du composant.<br data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"532\" \/>L\u2019un des outils analytiques possibles pour \u00e9valuer la fiabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me est le <strong data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"651\">Reliability Block Diagram (RBD)<\/strong> : une illustration statique utilisant des blocs fonctionnels, qui peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s comme des \u00e9quations de variables bool\u00e9ennes et dont la fiabilit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e comme la probabilit\u00e9 globale de succ\u00e8s ou d\u2019\u00e9chec.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, afin d\u2019atteindre les sp\u00e9cifications d\u00e9finies lors de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques.<br data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"385\" \/>Deux fonctions peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019<strong data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"458\">Infiabilit\u00e9 F(t)<\/strong> d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment ou d\u2019un syst\u00e8me, d\u00e9finie comme la probabilit\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment ou le syst\u00e8me interrompt la fonction demand\u00e9e \u00e0 un certain moment, et reli\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong niveaux de performance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (de 1 \u00e0 4), appel\u00e9s <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"577\">Niveaux d\u2019Int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SIL \u2013 Safety L\u2019effet du diagnostic est \u00e9vident, car il r\u00e9duit les valeurs de PFH et diminue ainsi la probabilit\u00e9 qu\u2019une d\u00e9faillance dangereuse invalide la fonction de (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire soumise \u00e0 une dynamique propre), complexe du point de vue math\u00e9matique, entra\u00eenerait une d\u00e9gradation des courbes et donc des performances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019architecture. En particulier, ces nouvelles courbes se rapprocheraient, pour chaque mod\u00e8le consid\u00e9r\u00e9, de plus en plus du double canal sans diagnostic (1oo2), \u00e0 mesure que le taux de d\u00e9faillance du diagnostic lui-m\u00eame augmente. L\u2019ampleur de cette d\u00e9viation attendue par rapport au mod\u00e8le id\u00e9al doit \u00eatre coh\u00e9rente avec ce qui est montr\u00e9 par la comparaison entre les mod\u00e8les de diagnostic externe et interne pour le canal unique, en utilisant les \u00e9quations des normes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"1071\">Si l\u2019on exclut la relation produite par la norme IEC 61508-6, en raison de la diff\u00e9rence avec les mod\u00e8les IEC DTS 63394 et Markov (qui co\u00efncident entre eux), comme observ\u00e9 dans la comparaison de la section 6, le nouveau mod\u00e8le produira une courbe comprise entre la courbe noire et la courbe bleue (figure 5).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1279\">Une solution int\u00e9ressante, en l\u2019absence d\u2019un mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique pr\u00e9cis, peut d\u00e9couler de l\u2019analyse de la seule \u00e9quation impliquant un concept d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 li\u00e9 au diagnostic : celle de la norme IEC 61508.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1519\">Parmi les composants propos\u00e9s par la formule, un terme K est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, d\u00e9fini comme la fraction de succ\u00e8s du circuit d\u2019autotest dans les syst\u00e8mes 1oo2D, une efficacit\u00e9 donc, qui quantifie l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9tection\/r\u00e9action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1889\">Avec ce param\u00e8tre est construit un terme 2(1-K)\u03bbD qui ajoute au PFH une contribution due \u00e0 la non-id\u00e9alit\u00e9 du diagnostic, avec laquelle la sortie peut rester en mode 2oo2 m\u00eame avec un canal d\u00e9tect\u00e9 comme d\u00e9fectueux. Ici, \u03bbDd repr\u00e9sente la fraction des d\u00e9faillances dangereuses qui pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9e par le diagnostic, sans d\u00e9grader les performances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"2032\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">En utilisant ce param\u00e8tre, dans l\u2019\u00e9quation (4), une version data-end=\"463\" \/>Il convient \u00e9galement de rappeler que le nouveau mod\u00e8le devra effectuer une r\u00e9duction du terme PFH par rapport au diagnostic interne qui soit inf\u00e9rieure, en pourcentage, \u00e0 ce qui se passe dans le canal unique.<br data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"675\" \/>Si l\u2019on compare les deux structures 1oo1D et 1oo2D, toutes deux avec diagnostic externe au canal fonctionnel, le m\u00e9canisme de surveillance pour le canal unique est fondamental pour amener le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr, tandis que dans le double canal cette fonction est principalement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la redondance.<br data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"985\" \/>Une valeur conservatrice pour \u00e9tudier l\u2019applicabilit\u00e9 de ce param\u00e8tre peut \u00eatre 0,95 et 0,98, accorderait th\u00e9oriquement une importance excessive au terme PFH li\u00e9 au diagnostic. De plus, les RBD sont particuli\u00e8rement flexibles pour offrir des solutions pr\u00e9liminaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019architectures innovantes de plus en plus complexes.<br data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"746\" \/>Ce mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 au cas du double canal avec diagnostic externe au canal fonctionnel, une configuration cruciale pour les syst\u00e8mes n\u00e9cessitant des performances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<br data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"954\" \/>Le nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9tudi\u00e9 offre une perspective alternative : c\u00e2bler tous ces signaux de diagnostic vers les cartes d\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u2019un automate programmable industriel (API) et ne transmettre qu\u2019un signal cumulatif \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle. Cette solution serait plus flexible et \u00e9conomique, en particulier pour des syst\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s complexes. En revanche, cela introduit des syst\u00e8mes de diagnostic moins efficaces et donc plus sujets aux d\u00e9faillances.
