Il est utilis\u00e9 pour indiquer la fiabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me instrument\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnant en mode de Faible Sollicitation. Nous allons maintenant explorer le domaine des Syst\u00e8mes de commande relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et fonctionnant en mode de Forte Sollicitation. Le param\u00e8tre utilis\u00e9 est d\u00e9fini comme la <strong>Probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillance par heure<\/strong> et l&rsquo;acronyme est PFH.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 vrai dire, il y a une certaine confusion autour de ce param\u00e8tre. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 son utilisation dans la norme ISO 13849-1. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition (2015), la norme utilisait l&rsquo;acronyme <strong>PFH<sub>D<\/sub><\/strong> d\u00e9fini comme \u00ab\u00a0<strong>probabilit\u00e9 moyenne de d\u00e9faillance dangereuse par heure<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Cette d\u00e9finition n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas correcte car la PFH est une fr\u00e9quence et non une probabilit\u00e9. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e dans la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition de 2023. Ci-apr\u00e8s ses d\u00e9finitions [29] :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[ISO\/TR 12489] 3.1 Concepts de base de la fiabilit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>3.1.22 <strong>Fr\u00e9quence de d\u00e9faillance <\/strong>(ou intensit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillance inconditionnelle) w(t). Probabilit\u00e9 conditionnelle par unit\u00e9 de temps que l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment tombe en panne entre t et t+dt, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;il ait fonctionn\u00e9 au moment 0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>en mode de Forte Sollicitation, la valeur de non-fiabilit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e est la Fr\u00e9quence Moyenne de D\u00e9faillance. C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle, dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la CEI 62061, la PFH est d\u00e9finie comme suit [12] :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[IEC 62061] 3.2 Termes et d\u00e9finitions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>3.2.29 <strong>fr\u00e9quence moyenne de d\u00e9faillance dangereuse par heure PFH ou PFH<sub>D<\/sub><\/strong>. fr\u00e9quence moyenne de d\u00e9faillance dangereuse d&rsquo;un SCS pour r\u00e9aliser la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e pendant une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e o\u00f9 T est la dur\u00e9e de vie totale du Veuillez consid\u00e9rer que le taux de restauration a les m\u00eames propri\u00e9t\u00e9s math\u00e9matiques que le taux de d\u00e9faillance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Puisque le mod\u00e8le inclut la transition de restauration, le syst\u00e8me est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme r\u00e9parable ; en d&rsquo;autres termes, il peut \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tat neuf\u00a0\u00bb apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9paration ou un test d&rsquo;\u00e9preuve. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillance inconditionnelle w(t) est une courbe en dents de scie tandis que f(t) est d\u00e9croissante et va jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0 lorsque t va et IEC, utilisent des mod\u00e8les diff\u00e9rents pour parvenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;estimation de la fonction de non-fiabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">La norme IEC 62061<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0utilise la m\u00e9thode du diagramme de blocs de fiabilit\u00e9 et consid\u00e8re les syst\u00e8mes (architectures) comme\u00a0<\/span><strong><span
