Nous pr\u00e9sentons \u00e9galement certaines exigences pour que<strong> les d\u00e9faillances soient d\u00e9finies comme d\u00e9tectables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Nous rappelons dans l&rsquo;article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent que la fraction de d\u00e9faillance s\u00fbre est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9quation suivante :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">SFF = (\u03bbS+\u03bbDD) \/ (\u03bbS+\u03bbD ).<\/p>\n<p>Elle est utilis\u00e9e avec la <strong>tol\u00e9rance aux d\u00e9faillances mat\u00e9rielles (HFT)<\/strong> du sous-syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer <strong>son niveau SIL maximal atteignable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En mode de fonctionnement \u00ab\u00a0faible demande\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> la SFF est utilis\u00e9e lorsque la route 1H est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e et, selon le type de composant, l&rsquo;un des deux tableaux suivants doit \u00eatre <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><span dir=\"auto\">L&rsquo;utilisation du param\u00e8tre SFF pose un autre probl\u00e8me. Compte tenu de la d\u00e9finition du SFF, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un composant peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e en r\u00e9duisant le taux de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses et en augmentant le taux de d\u00e9faillances s\u00fbres, \u00e0 condition que le taux de d\u00e9faillance total du composant reste inchang\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ainsi, la situation suivante peut se pr\u00e9senter\u00a0: un fabricant de composants a con\u00e7u et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un produit dont le taux de d\u00e9faillance s\u00e9curitaire est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 2\u00b710-8\u00a0<\/span><sup><span dir=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/sup><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0mais dont le SFF est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 50\u00a0%. L\u2019entreprise modifie la conception pour augmenter le taux de d\u00e9faillance s\u00e9curitaire et\/ou d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9faillances dangereuses, mais le composant modifi\u00e9 n\u2019apportera pas de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrue et entra\u00eenera des pertes \u00e9conomiques pour l\u2019utilisateur, car son processus sera soumis \u00e0 un nombre accru de d\u00e9clenchements intempestifs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Alors, un SFF \u00e9lev\u00e9 est-il synonyme d&rsquo;une conception plus s\u00fbre\u00a0? Experts en fiabilit\u00e9, int\u00e9grateurs et utilisateurs s&rsquo;interrogent sur la pertinence du SFF comme indicateur d&rsquo;une conception s\u00fbre. En effet, les d\u00e9faillances s\u00fbres ne sont pas toujours b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, car des interventions intempestives peuvent cr\u00e9er d&rsquo;autres situations dangereuses lors du red\u00e9marrage du processus. De plus, augmenter le pourcentage de SFF peut obliger \u00e0 ajouter du mat\u00e9riel inutile, ce qui ne fait qu&rsquo;accro\u00eetre les d\u00e9faillances s\u00fbres. Un taux de d\u00e9faillance \u00ab\u00a0s\u00fbr\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9lev\u00e9 constitue ind\u00e9niablement un avantage commercial pour les fabricants de composants, car il augmente le SFF. La sous-fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est la suivante\u00a0: lorsque la bobine du contacteur est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9e, les contacts de puissance s&rsquo;ouvrent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Les d\u00e9fauts possibles du contacteur sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Les contacts de puissance s&rsquo;ouvrent lorsque la lame fonctionne normalement, m\u00eame si personne n&rsquo;a p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans la zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e\u00a0: il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance certaine. Supposons que l&rsquo;ouverture des contacts ne soit pas due \u00e0 une perte du signal \u00e9lectrique\u00a0; le signal est pr\u00e9sent, la bobine est aliment\u00e9e (1 \u21d2 1), et pourtant les contacts de puissance s&rsquo;ouvrent soudainement. Ce cas est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">tr\u00e8s improbable, et<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0le\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">taux de d\u00e9faillance correspondant est donc de\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u03bb\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">S<\/span><\/sub><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2248<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Les contacts de puissance ne s&rsquo;ouvrent pas lorsque, par exemple, une personne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e ; autrement dit, la bobine est hors tension (1 \u21d2 0) mais les contacts restent bloqu\u00e9s et ne s&rsquo;ouvrent pas :\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9faut dangereux\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u03bb\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D<\/span><\/sub><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Les contacts de puissance se ferment d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames bien que la bobine soit hors tension (0 \u21d2 0) :\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9faut dangereux\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u03bb\u00a0<\/span><sub><span dir=\"auto\">D<\/span><\/sub><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Si les contacts de puissance ne se ferment pas une fois, la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est r\u00e9initialis\u00e9e et le bouton de d\u00e9marrage de la lame est activ\u00e9, bien que la bobine soit aliment\u00e9e (0 \u21d2 1). Ce d\u00e9faut n&rsquo;affecte pas la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">affecte uniquement la disponibilit\u00e9 de la lame<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0. Ces composants seraient d\u00e9finis comme \u00e9tant de type A selon la norme CEI 61508-2. Ce raisonnement ne s&rsquo;applique pas aux composants de type B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Alors que les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible demande sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9s avec des composants \u00e9lectroniques (type B), les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 forte demande utilisent \u00e9galement des composants \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques tels que des verrouillages m\u00e9caniques, des pressostats et des contacteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Compte tenu des consid\u00e9rations ci-dessus, d\u00e9sormais clairement \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la norme CEI 62061, les fabricants et les laboratoires doivent \u00eatre prudents lorsqu&rsquo;ils attribuent des d\u00e9faillances s\u00fbres aux composants \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    La valeur du diagnostic    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><span dir=\"auto\">Il y a un autre aspect important \u00e0 prendre en compte, c&rsquo;est le fait que, dans un composant, nous pouvons d\u00e9finir une d\u00e9faillance d\u00e9tectable dangereuse seulement si, en cas de d\u00e9faillance, il est possible de mettre le sous-syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Par exemple, si l&rsquo;on consid\u00e8re un sous-syst\u00e8me de sortie constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;un contacteur de puissance surveill\u00e9 (figure de gauche), le diagnostic doit \u00eatre suppos\u00e9 \u00e9gal \u00e0 \u2248 0. En effet, si l&rsquo;on d\u00e9tecte que les contacts de puissance ne se sont pas ouverts, il est impossible de mettre le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en s\u00e9curit\u00e9. En revanche, dans le cas d&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 deux canaux (figure de droite), le diagnostic peut \u00eatre suppos\u00e9 \u00e9gal \u00e0 \u2248 99 %. En effet, si l&rsquo;on d\u00e9tecte que les contacts de puissance, par exemple de K1, ne se sont pas ouverts, il est possible de mettre K2 hors tension et ainsi de mettre le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ce concept est d\u00e9sormais valable en forte demande, selon le langage suivant de la norme IEC 61508-2:2010<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em><span dir=\"auto\">[IEC 61508-2\u00a0: CD 2023] 7.4.4 Contraintes architecturales d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">[\u2026] 7.4.4.1.4 Lors de l&rsquo;estimation de la fraction de d\u00e9faillance s\u00fbre d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans un sous-syst\u00e8me avec une tol\u00e9rance aux pannes mat\u00e9rielles \u00e9gale \u00e0 0, et mettant en \u0153uvre une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ou une partie d&rsquo;une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, fonctionnant en mode Haute demande ou Continu, les diagnostics ne sont pris en compte que si :\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span dir=\"auto\">la somme de la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;intervalle de test de diagnostic et du temps n\u00e9cessaire pour effectuer l&rsquo;action sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e pour atteindre ou maintenir un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr est inf\u00e9rieure au temps de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus\u00a0; ou,<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span dir=\"auto\">En cas de forte demande, le rapport entre le taux de tests diagnostiques et le taux de demande est \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span limitations et aspects critiques du param\u00e8tre SFF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la norme CEI 61508, la couverture de diagnostic CC \u00e9tait d\u00e9riv\u00e9e d&rsquo;une ancienne norme allemande. Cependant, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que certains appareils pouvaient ne pas offrir cette couverture, m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient con\u00e7us pour d\u00e9tecter la plupart des d\u00e9fauts en \u00e9tat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (valve \u00e0 ressort).
