Elle fournit ainsi les bases n\u00e9cessaires au choix et \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation corrects des \u00e9quipements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des emplacements dangereux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La classification des emplacements ATEX est une m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e pour analyser et classer les environnements<\/strong> dans lesquels des <strong>atmosph\u00e8res explosives<\/strong> peuvent se former en raison de la pr\u00e9sence de gaz ou de poussi\u00e8res. L&rsquo;objectif est de faciliter la s\u00e9lection, l&rsquo;installation et l&rsquo;utilisation appropri\u00e9es des \u00e9quipements afin de garantir une utilisation s\u00fbre dans ces environnements. Cette classification tient \u00e9galement compte des caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;inflammation des gaz ou des poussi\u00e8res, telles que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie d&rsquo;inflammation et la temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>La classification des emplacements dangereux a deux objectifs principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la <strong>d\u00e9termination du type de chaque emplacement dangereux<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>la <strong>d\u00e9termination de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue<\/strong> de chaque emplacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;identifier les endroits o\u00f9 un d\u00e9gagement de gaz ou de poussi\u00e8res inflammables peut se produire, il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte \u00e0 la fois la <strong>probabilit\u00e9 <\/strong>et <strong>la dur\u00e9e<\/strong> du d\u00e9gagement, en fonction du niveau de d\u00e9gagement. Cette approche est plus simple que celle d\u00e9crite dans la norme CEI 31-35 (d\u00e9sormais retir\u00e9e); toutefois, elle peut conduire \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e9rents, ce qui exige une approche plus \u00e9clair\u00e9e et plus r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie de la part des concepteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales modifications par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;exclusion du champ d&rsquo;application des <strong>gaz combustibles \u00e0 basse pression<\/strong> n&rsquo;est plus mentionn\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;Art. 1 ; elle est d\u00e9sormais trait\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;Art. 5.3.2. Concr\u00e8tement, aucun changement n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard;<\/li>\n<li>la d\u00e9finition de <strong>l&#8217;emplacement NE<\/strong> (non explosif) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largie et inclut d\u00e9sormais: limitations relatives \u00e0 la pression d&rsquo;explosion,\u00a0limitations relatives au d\u00e9gagement de chaleur lors d&rsquo;une explosion,\u00a0pour les gaz dont la pression est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10 barg, une \u00e9valuation des risques est requise,\u00a0pour les gaz dont la pression est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20 barg, l&#8217;emplacement NE ne doit pas \u00eatre class\u00e9, sauf si cela est justifi\u00e9 par une \u00e9valuation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des risques.<\/li>\n<li>la vitesse minimale de l&rsquo;air \u00e0 retenir pour les environnements int\u00e9rieurs (fix\u00e9e auparavant \u00e0 0,05 m\/s dans la 2e \u00e9dition) a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li><strong>le coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 k<\/strong> n&rsquo;est plus pris en compte dans le calcul de la caract\u00e9ristique de d\u00e9gagement utilis\u00e9e dans la figure D.1, ce qui permet une approche moins prudente\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les \u00e9quations C.2 \u00e0 C.6 pour le calcul de <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement d&rsquo;air<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9es\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>il est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que <strong>la distance de classification minimale<\/strong> indiqu\u00e9e dans le nomogramme (figure D.1) est de <strong>1 m<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9quation relative au <strong>taux de d\u00e9gagement des flaques<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 corrig\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>la d\u00e9termination des distances dangereuses \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du <strong>nomogramme n&rsquo;est plus applicable<\/strong> dans les environnements clos \u00e0 dilution faible ou moyenne\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les Guides CEI 31-35:2012 et CEI 31-35\/A:2012 <strong>ne sont plus mentionn\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;annexe K<\/strong> de la norme EN CEI 60079-10-1:2021 (toutefois, le Guide CEI 31-35 est toujours cit\u00e9 dans la bibliographie).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start flex-col md:items-center\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Classification des emplacements selon la norme IEC 60079-10-1    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La m\u00e9thode d\u00e9crite dans la norme repose sur l&rsquo;analyse des diff\u00e9rentes sources de d\u00e9gagement. Il convient tout d&rsquo;abord d&rsquo;identifier <strong>toutes les sources potentielles de d\u00e9gagement<\/strong> de substances inflammables au sein de l&rsquo;installation. Pour chaque source, il faut d\u00e9terminer le <strong>Degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9gagement<\/strong>, le <strong>Taux de d\u00e9gagement<\/strong> et les <strong>Conditions de d\u00e9gagement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La norme ATEX EN 60079-10-1 d\u00e9finit trois degr\u00e9s de d\u00e9gagement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9gagement continu<\/strong> [3.4.2] : d\u00e9gagement continu ou susceptible de se produire fr\u00e9quemment ou pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes. Remarque : les termes \u00ab fr\u00e9quemment \u00bb et \u00ab longues p\u00e9riodes \u00bb indiquent une probabilit\u00e9 de survenue extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas n\u00e9cessairement de d\u00e9finition quantitative ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9gagement primaire<\/strong> [3.4.3] : d\u00e9gagement susceptible de se produire p\u00e9riodiquement ou occasionnellement en fonctionnement normal ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9gagement secondaire<\/strong> [3.4.4] : un d\u00e9gagement qui n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9vu en fonctionnement normal et qui, s\u2019il se produit, est susceptible de se produire rarement et pendant de courtes dur\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On \u00e9value ensuite la <strong>ventilation<\/strong>, en tenant compte \u00e0 la fois des conditions naturelles et des \u00e9ventuels syst\u00e8mes de ventilation m\u00e9canique (forc\u00e9e). La ventilation influe directement sur la capacit\u00e9 de dilution du gaz et, par cons\u00e9quent, sur le risque de formation d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange inflammable.<\/p>\n<p>On analyse ensuite le <strong>degr\u00e9 de dilution<\/strong>, qui correspond \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;environnement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la concentration de gaz. En fonction de cette capacit\u00e9, la dilution est class\u00e9e comme \u00e9lev\u00e9e, moyenne ou faible.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre param\u00e8tre \u00e0 prendre en compte est la <strong>disponibilit\u00e9 de la ventilation<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la probabilit\u00e9 que des conditions de ventilation ad\u00e9quates soient effectivement pr\u00e9sentes pendant le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction des param\u00e8tres suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9gagement<\/li>\n<li>Efficacit\u00e9 de la ventilation<\/li>\n<li>Degr\u00e9 de dilution<\/li>\n<li>Disponibilit\u00e9 de la ventilation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>le type de zone ATEX est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 (tableau D.1 \u2013 Zones qui correspondent au degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9gagement et efficacit\u00e9 de la ventilation).<\/p>\n<p>Les emplacements dangereux sont class\u00e9s comme suit : <strong>Zone ATEX 0<\/strong>, <strong>Zone ATEX 1<\/strong>, <strong>Zone ATEX 2<\/strong> et Zone Non-dangereuse. Lorsque des zones ATEX g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par des sources de d\u00e9gagement adjacentes se sovrappposent et ont des classifications diff\u00e9rentes, c&rsquo;est la classification la plus stricte qui s&rsquo;applique dans la zone de sovrappposition.
