class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La pr\u00e9sente partie de la norme EN 50156 sp\u00e9cifie les exigences et les recommandations relatives \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques et de commande des fours et des \u00e9quipements auxiliaires, ainsi que des syst\u00e8mes chauff\u00e9s par l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie thermique lib\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le four, afin de garantir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel, des biens et de l&rsquo;environnement;<\/li>\n<li>coh\u00e9rence du bon fonctionnement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les conditions de fonctionnement du four, les dangers de combustion et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes chauff\u00e9s sont pris en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>surveillance des flammes et autres conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le tir.<\/li>\n<li>interrompre le flux de combustible vers le four.<\/li>\n<li>ventilation du corps du four et des conduits de fum\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>surveillance de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e9mes chauff\u00e9s (apr example limiteur de niveau d&rsquo;eau dans les chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;assurer un allumage et une combustion corrects du carburant et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter le d\u00e9veloppement, l&rsquo;existence et\/ou l&rsquo;inflammation d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange air-carburant explosif, ainsi que d&rsquo;\u00e9viter d&rsquo;endommager le syst\u00e8me chauff\u00e9 (comme illustr\u00e9 dans la figure 3.22)<\/p>\n<p>Le terme \u00ab\u00a0four\u00a0\u00bb est malheureusement source de malentendus. Voici sa d\u00e9finition standard:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[EN 50156:2024] <strong>3 Termes et d\u00e9finitions\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3.25 Four\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0Structure dans laquelle la chaleur est produite \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par la combustion d\u2019un combustible.<br \/>\n<\/em><em><strong>Note 1 \u00e0 l\u2019article\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0Le terme \u00ab\u00a0four\u00a0\u00bb inclut les structures dans lesquelles la chaleur est produite par l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et d\u2019autres\u00a0<\/em><em>formes d\u2019\u00e9nergie. La pr\u00e9sente norme s\u2019applique \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique des\u00a0<\/em><em>chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 vapeur \u00e0 chauffage \u00e9lectrique ou \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Une personne inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9e pourrait penser que tous les types de fours sont concern\u00e9s par cette norme. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, seules <strong>les chaudi\u00e8res\u00a0<\/strong>doivent respecter ces exigences. Pour tous les autres types de fours, les normes \u00e0 suivre sont les normes ISO 13577-2 et ISO 13577-4. Par exemple, les fours de traitement thermique ou de traitement des m\u00e9taux doivent respecter les exigences de ces derni\u00e8res normes.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e8valuation des niveaux d&rsquo;int\u00e9grite de securit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires est bas\u00e9e sur la norme EN 61508-1:2010.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-2xs\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-lg lg:text-xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Port\u00e9e     <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Le pr\u00e9sent document s&rsquo;apploque \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques, de syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de circuits de commande pour les chaudi\u00e8res\u00a0 fonctionnant avec des combustibles solides, liquides ou gazeux et leurs \u00e9quipements accessoires.<\/p>\n<p>Elle \u00e9tabilit led lignes directrices des eigences \u00e0 respecter pour avoir des conditoins de fonctionnement correctes, r\u00e9duire les \u00e9ventuels risques et dangers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la combustion et prot\u00e9ger les syst\u00e8mes chauff\u00e9s des \u00e9ventuels dommages caus\u00e9s par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments mentionn\u00e9s pr\u00e9cedemment.<\/p>\n<p>Ces chaudi\u00e8res et l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique peuvent faire partie de l&rsquo;installation suivante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>installations de chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 vapeur (chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 vapeur et \u00e0 eau chaude) et chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 vapeur \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur;<\/li>\n<li>radiateurs \u00e0 air chaud;<\/li>\n<li>radiateurs \u00e0 gaz chaud;<\/li>\n<li>syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9changeurs de chaleur;<\/li>\n<li>chambres de combustion de turbines stationnaires;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La norme indique que la norme EN 50156-1\u00a0<em>peut \u00e8galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme r\u00e9ference pour les exigences relatives aux \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques pour les \u00e9quipements de traitement thermique,<\/em>\u00a0<strong>mais nous ne la recommandons pas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle sp\u00e9cifie \u00e9galement des exigences particuli\u00e8res pour la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionelle.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pr\u00e9sente partie de la norme EN 50156 sp\u00e9cifie les exigences et les recommandations relatives \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 l\u2019installation des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":49340,"parent":0,"menu_order":3,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"normative-tecniche":[165],"class_list":["post-49385","normativa_tecnica","type-normativa_tecnica","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipologia_normativa-normes-iec"],"acf":{"sottotitolo":"","allegati":null},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
