{"id":45917,"date":"2024-08-23T10:04:39","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T09:04:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/?post_type=normativa_tecnica&#038;p=45917"},"modified":"2024-08-29T07:48:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T06:48:24","slug":"18-4-essais-de-tension","status":"publish","type":"normativa_tecnica","link":"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/reglements-techniques\/normes-iec\/iec-60204-1-equipement-electrique-des-machines\/18-4-essais-de-tension\/","title":{"rendered":"18.4 &#8211; Essais de tension"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-sm\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La norme IEC 60204-1 pr\u00e9voit qu&rsquo;un Essai de Tension peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 sur tous les \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques, sauf si l&rsquo;on craint qu&rsquo;ils ne puissent pas r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&rsquo;essai sans \u00eatre endommag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019essai n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire et la d\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;effectuer ou non, et sur quels composants, est laiss\u00e9e au fabricant.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[EN 60204-1: 2018]\u00a0 &#8211; 18.4 Essais de tension <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>La fr\u00e9quence nominale de la tension d&rsquo;essai doit \u00eatre \u00e9gale \u00e0 50 Hz ou 60 Hz. <\/em><em>[\u2026]<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La valeur de la tension d&rsquo;essai maximale doit \u00eatre le double de la valeur de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation assign\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement ou <strong>1 000 V<\/strong>, selon la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de ces deux valeurs. La tension d&rsquo;essai maximale doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e entre les conducteurs du circuit de puissance et le circuit de protection pendant au moins 1 s. Les exigences sont satisfaites si aucune d\u00e9charge disruptive ne se produit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les composants et dispositifs <strong>qui ne sont pas calibr\u00e9s pour supporter l\u2019essai de tension<\/strong> et les dispositifs de protection contre les surtensions susceptibles de fonctionner pendant l&rsquo;essai doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9connect\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Les composants et dispositifs qui ont subi les essais de tension conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 leurs normes de produits peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9connect\u00e9s pendant les essais.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, il est possible de le faire sur les c\u00e2bles de champ, par exemple, si l&rsquo;on pense qu&rsquo;en les posant on a pu les endommager.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous recommandons de toujours effectuer un Essai de Tension sur chaque Enveloppe de Contr\u00f4le, en suivant les indications donn\u00e9es dans la norme IEC 61439-1. Ce test est mieux connu sous le nom de Essai Di\u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[EN 61439-1:2021] 10.9 Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s di\u00e9lectriques &#8211; 10.9.1 G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour cet essai, tous les mat\u00e9riels \u00e9lectriques de l\u2019ensemble doivent \u00eatre raccord\u00e9s, <strong>\u00e0 l\u2019exception<\/strong> des appareillages qui, selon les sp\u00e9cifications applicables, <strong>sont con\u00e7us pour une tension d\u2019essai inf\u00e9rieure <\/strong>; les appareillages qui absorbent du courant (par exemple enroulements, instruments de mesure, dispositifs pour la suppression des tensions de choc), dans lesquels l\u2019application de la tension d\u2019essai provoquerait le passage d\u2019un courant, doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9connect\u00e9s. Ces appareils doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9connect\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019une de leurs bornes, \u00e0 moins qu\u2019ils ne soient pas con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la pleine tension d\u2019essai, auquel cas toutes les bornes peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9connect\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour les panneaux \u00e0 400 Vac, le test doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 une tension de 1890 Vac entre chaque phase entrante et la borne de terre : 3 mesures au total. Le test est r\u00e9ussi s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de \u00ab d\u00e9charge perturbatrice \u00bb pendant le test.
