La mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der est d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans la norme :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[EN 60204-1: 2018] 18.2.2 Essai 1 \u2013 V\u00e9rification de la continuit\u00e9 du circuit de protection<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>La r\u00e9sistance entre la borne PE (voir 5.2 et Figure 4) et les points appropri\u00e9s qui font partie du circuit de protection doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e avec un courant compris entre au moins 0,2 A et environ 10 A d\u00e9riv\u00e9 d&rsquo;une source d&rsquo;alimentation s\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e9lectriquement (par exemple, TBTS, voir 414 de l&rsquo;IEC 60364-4-41:2005+AMD1:2017) sous une tension \u00e0 vide maximale de 24 V en courant alternatif ou en courant continu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La r\u00e9sistance mesur\u00e9e doit \u00eatre dans la plage de valeurs attendues, compte tenu de la longueur, de la section et du mat\u00e9riau des conducteurs de protection et du ou des conducteurs de liaison de protection consid\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;essai peut donc \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 selon la m\u00eame proc\u00e9dure que celle utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019enveloppe ; le probl\u00e8me est que la valeur obtenue est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s faible et que certains instruments peuvent avoir des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 effectuer la mesure.<\/p>\n<p>La IEC 60204-1 autorise l&rsquo;utilisation des crit\u00e8res de l&rsquo;IEC 61439-1, lorsque ceux-ci sont jug\u00e9s applicables :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[EN 60204-1: 2018] 4.2.2 Appareillage de connexion<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Outre les exigences de l&rsquo;IEC 60204-1, selon la machine, l&rsquo;usage auquel elle est destin\u00e9e et son \u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique, le concepteur peut choisir des parties de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique de la machine qui sont en conformit\u00e9 avec les parties appropri\u00e9es de la s\u00e9rie IEC 61439 (voir aussi l&rsquo;Annexe F).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Test can therefore follow what IEC 61439-1 states for the earth continuity onside an electrical panel.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019essai peut donc suivre ce que la norme IEC 61439-1 pr\u00e9voit pour la continuit\u00e9 du circuit de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un panneau \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>IEC 61439-1:2021] 10.5.<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Continuit\u00e9 du circuit de terre entre les masses de l\u2019ensemble de classe I et le circuit de protection<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Il doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que les diff\u00e9rentes masses de l\u2019ensemble sont effectivement raccord\u00e9es \u00e0 la borne du conducteur de protection externe d\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La v\u00e9rification doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en utilisant un instrument de mesure de la r\u00e9sistance qui soit capable de conduire un courant d\u2019au moins 10 A (en alternatif ou en continu). Du courant est inject\u00e9 entre chaque masse et la borne pour le conducteur de protection externe. <strong>La r\u00e9sistance ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 0,1 <\/strong><\/em><strong><em>\u03a9<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0 <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les mesures doivent \u00eatre prises pour toutes les parties conductrices Expos\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du panneau et de la Borne de Terre, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le panneau est connect\u00e9 pour \u00eatre lui-m\u00eame mis \u00e0 la terre. Par exemple la plaque arri\u00e8re, les portes, le bo\u00eetier m\u00e9tallique du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement motoris\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
