<strong>EN ISO 13577<\/strong> est une s\u00e9rie de normes internationales qui d\u00e9finissent les prescriptions relatives \u00e0 la conception de fours industriels s\u00fbrs.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, elle sp\u00e9cifie les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les syst\u00e8mes de combustion et de manutention des combustibles des fours industriels et des \u00e9quipements de traitement associ\u00e9s, notamment les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 br\u00fbleur unique et multiple des \u00e9quipements et machines de traitement thermique. <strong>Elle couvre\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La tuyauterie de combustible en aval de la vanne d\u2019isolement manuelle, y compris celle-ci\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019alimentation en air de combustion (y compris l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et l\u2019air de combustion enrichi en oxyg\u00e8ne) et le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9vacuation des fum\u00e9es\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Le(s) br\u00fbleur(s), le syst\u00e8me de br\u00fbleur et le dispositif d\u2019allumage\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Les exigences fonctionnelles du syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SCS) ou du syst\u00e8me instrument\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SIS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elle s\u2019applique \u00e0 <strong>toute oxydation de combustibles gazeux et liquides<\/strong> par l\u2019air ou d\u2019autres gaz contenant de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne libre, en vue de lib\u00e9rer de l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique dans les \u00e9quipements de traitement thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la postcombustion thermique ou catalytique et l\u2019incin\u00e9ration des d\u00e9chets, ce document s\u2019applique uniquement aux br\u00fbleurs auxiliaires con\u00e7us pour le d\u00e9marrage et\/ou le maintien du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette s\u00e9rie de normes ne couvre pas les risques li\u00e9s au chauffage d\u2019origine \u00e9lectrique. <strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des fours \u00e0 arc \u00e9lectrique est couverte par la norme ISO 13578<\/strong>, dont la nouvelle r\u00e9vision a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la s\u00e9rie de normes ISO 13577 <strong>ne s&rsquo;applique pas aux<\/strong> hauts fourneaux, aux convertisseurs (dans les aci\u00e9ries), aux chaudi\u00e8res ni aux <strong>fours <\/strong><strong>des industries p\u00e9trochimiques et chimiques<\/strong>. La norme <strong>API RP 535<\/strong> est la norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans ce secteur et d\u00e9finit les exigences relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection, aux sp\u00e9cifications, aux mat\u00e9riaux et aux essais des br\u00fbleurs pour fours de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration utilis\u00e9s dans les services g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de raffinage et con\u00e7us conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme API 560.<\/p>\n<p>En Europe, depuis la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990, la s\u00e9rie de normes EN 746 a constitu\u00e9 la principale r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des fours industriels. La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la norme <strong>EN ISO 13577-4 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en juillet 2022<\/strong>. GT Engineering a activement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 son \u00e9laboration, en apportant une contribution significative \u00e0 la section relative \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme <strong>EN ISO 13577-2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2023<\/strong>. En juin 2024, toutes les \u00e9ditions nationales de la norme EN 746-2 (y compris celles de l&rsquo;Italie, du Royaume-Uni, de la France, de l&rsquo;Espagne et d&rsquo;autres pays) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement retir\u00e9es. Par cons\u00e9quent, <strong>les normes EN ISO 13577-2 et EN ISO 13577-4 sont d\u00e9sormais les seules normes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la conception s\u00fbre des fours industriels en Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La norme EN ISO 13577 comprend les parties suivantes, publi\u00e9es sous le titre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00ab\u00a0Fours industriels et \u00e9quipements de traitement associ\u00e9s \u2014 S\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partie 1\u00a0: Exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/li>\n<li>Partie 2\u00a0: Syst\u00e8mes de combustion et de manutention du combustible<\/li>\n<li>Partie 3\u00a0: G\u00e9n\u00e9ration et utilisation des gaz d&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re protecteurs et r\u00e9actifs<\/li>\n<li>Partie 4\u00a0: Syst\u00e8mes de protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;acronyme utilis\u00e9 dans la norme pour d\u00e9signer les fours industriels et les \u00e9quipements de traitement associ\u00e9s \u00e9tait IThE (EN 746-2) et <strong>est maintenant TPE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Quels sont les principaux changements par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2014 de la norme EN ISO 13577-2    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les deux nouvelles normes comptent pr\u00e8s de deux fois plus de pages que la norme EN 746-2 (220 contre 130 pages), ce qui est un signe \u00e9vident qu&rsquo;elles clarifient mieux la mani\u00e8re de concevoir un four s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la norme a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de supprimer les prescriptions relatives aux Combustibles Solides. Une norme sp\u00e9cifique pourrait voir le jour \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle norme n&rsquo;indique pas clairement quelle proc\u00e9dure le fabricant de fours doit suivre pour tester la rampe \u00e0 gaz lors de la mise en service.<\/p>\n<p>La norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par plusieurs prescriptions concernant les amplificateurs (Boosters) de pression de gaz.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[ISO 13577-2: 2023] <strong>4.4 Gas pressure boosters<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When a gas pressure booster is used to ensure stable operation and control of the heating system, the\u00a0<\/em><em>following shall apply. The selection of seals and devices for the booster system shall consider:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Temperature increase by isochore compression of the gas and<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Engine waste heat spreading from the booster into the pipework especially in case the gas flow <\/em><em>stops (non-consumption of the TPE).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Les br\u00fbleurs en ligne sont d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9finis et leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est clairement \u00e9tablie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La gestion du risque d&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re explosive autour deu Gas Skid <\/strong>est d\u00e9sormais bien d\u00e9finie. Il est essentiel d&rsquo;utiliser uniquement certains types de joints sur les brides.
