{"id":44550,"date":"2024-01-24T09:43:48","date_gmt":"2024-01-24T08:43:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/?post_type=normativa_tecnica&#038;p=44550"},"modified":"2026-02-20T12:21:59","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T11:21:59","slug":"quest-ce-qui-fait-partie-dun-systeme-de-controle-de-la-securite","status":"publish","type":"normativa_tecnica","link":"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/reglements-techniques\/normes-en-iso\/en-iso-12100-analyse-du-risque\/quest-ce-qui-fait-partie-dun-systeme-de-controle-de-la-securite\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui fait partie d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Consid\u00e9rations    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">LE DOUTE<\/span>:<\/strong> Quels composants font partie d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de commande relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre inclus dans un Syst\u00e8me de Commande de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SCS \u2013 IEC 62061) ou dans la partie d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de commande relative \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0(SRP\/CS \u2013 ISO 13849-1), les composants doivent disposer de donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9es. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que tous les composants ne sont pas caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par de telles donn\u00e9es, une question importante se pose : <strong>quels composants sont r\u00e9ellement consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme faisant partie du SCS ou du SRP\/CS ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le sch\u00e9ma ci-dessous, extrait de l\u2019ISO 12100, Annexe A, montre que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants font partie d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capteurs (par exemple dispositifs d\u2019interverrouillage),<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes logiques (par exemple automates de s\u00e9curit\u00e9),<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9l\u00e9ments de commande de puissance (par exemple contacteurs, vannes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En revanche, <strong>les actionneurs de la machine<\/strong> tels que les moteurs ou les v\u00e9rins, ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme faisant partie du SCS. <strong>Pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce sch\u00e9ma est valable, par exemple, dans le cas des fonctions d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui am\u00e8nent le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr par suppression de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. On parle alors <strong>de fonction d\u2019arr\u00eat li\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>. Une fonction d\u2019arr\u00eat li\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (par exemple d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par un dispositif de protection) doit, d\u00e8s que n\u00e9cessaire apr\u00e8s l\u2019actionnement, amener la machine dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<p>La situation est diff\u00e9rente <strong>dans le cas d\u2019une fonction de d\u00e9marrage d\u2019urgence.<\/strong> Les d\u00e9finitions pertinentes sont donn\u00e9es dans l\u2019IEC 60204-1, Annexe E :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>[IEC 60204-1] Annex E: Explication sur les fonctions de manoeuvre d&rsquo;urgence<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><em>Arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence<\/em><\/strong><em>: Manoeuvre d&rsquo;urgence destin\u00e9e \u00e0 arr\u00eater un processus ou un mouvement devenu dangereux.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><em>D\u00e9marrage d&rsquo;urgence<\/em><\/strong><em>: Manoeuvre d&rsquo;urgence destin\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer un processus ou un mouvement pour \u00e9liminer ou \u00e9viter une situation dangereuse.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux philosophies de conception des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Une perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie provoque l\u2019action de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (\u00ab de-energize to trip \u00bb) ;<\/li>\n<li>Une alimentation en \u00e9nergie provoque l\u2019action de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (\u00ab energize to trip \u00bb).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9finitions montrent que, selon la nature de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les limites du syst\u00e8me \u2014 et par cons\u00e9quent les composants \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer dans le SCS \u2014 peuvent devoir \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9es diff\u00e9remment.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne l\u2019action de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, <strong>la premi\u00e8re philosophie est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus fiable<\/strong> que la seconde, car l\u2019action de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se produit chaque fois que l\u2019\u00e9nergie est perdue quelque part dans le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Toutes les d\u00e9faillances li\u00e9es \u00e0 une perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie ou de signal sont intrins\u00e8quement s\u00fbres et ne doivent pas \u00eatre prises en compte dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses. Cela simplifie consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019analyse \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ainsi que la mod\u00e9lisation du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette philosophie semble id\u00e9ale et constitue effectivement la solution la plus largement mise en \u0153uvre dans l\u2019industrie. <strong>Toutefois, son inconv\u00e9nient principal est l\u2019augmentation de la probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9clenchements intempestifs (actions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 non d\u00e9sir\u00e9es).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans certaines applications, ces d\u00e9clenchements intempestifs peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes sur l\u2019installation, telles que des pertes de production, une instabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ou des risques secondaires. Dans ces cas, il est n\u00e9cessaire de limiter les activations intempestives. <strong>Pour cette raison, la philosophie \u00ab energize to trip \u00bb peut \u00eatre privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e<\/strong>, malgr\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation de fiabilit\u00e9 plus exigeante.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Conclusions    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Les actionneurs de la machine (par exemple moteurs, v\u00e9rins) ne font g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas partie d\u2019un SIS (IEC 61511-1), ni d\u2019un SCS (IEC 62061), ni d\u2019un SRP\/CS (ISO 13849-1) <strong>lorsque la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est une fonction d\u2019arr\u00eat li\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, par exemple un arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence. Dans ces cas, l\u2019\u00e9tat s\u00fbr est atteint par suppression de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et la limite du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de commande de puissance.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, <strong>la situation est diff\u00e9rente pour les fonctions de d\u00e9marrage d\u2019urgence<\/strong> (IEC 60204-1, Annexe E), o\u00f9 le d\u00e9marrage d\u2019un mouvement peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour supprimer un danger. <strong>Dans ces cas, les actionneurs de la machine (par exemple freins ou v\u00e9rins) font partie du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, puisque l\u2019\u00e9nergie doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e pour atteindre l\u2019\u00e9tat s\u00fbr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n
