Cette m\u00e9thode convient bien au mode d&rsquo;exploitation \u00e0 forte demande et n&rsquo;est pas recommand\u00e9e pour les fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mode \u00e0 faible demande, pour lesquelles d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes telles que l&rsquo;analyse de la couche de protection (LOPA) [71] peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;annexe A de la IEC 62061 est \u00e9galement informative et les m\u00eames consid\u00e9rations sur la subjectivit\u00e9, d\u00e9crites dans le paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, s&rsquo;appliquent.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:flex-row\">\n\n    \n\n                    <div \n                class=\"order-1 relative w-full md:w-3\/4\"\n            >\n                <div\n                    class=\"pt-6 space-y-6 w-full md:pt-0 md:space-y-4 lg:space-y-8 xl:space-y-9 md:pr-12 xl:pr-24\"\n                >\n                    \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    \u00c9l\u00e9ments de risque et attribution du S    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n    \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Les param\u00e8tres suivants s&rsquo;appliquent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gravit\u00e9 du dommage (<strong>Se<\/strong>), \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 la gravit\u00e9 des blessures de la norme ISO 13849-1<\/li>\n<li>Probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;occurrence de ce dommage, qui est fonction de :<\/li>\n<li>de la fr\u00e9quence et de la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;exposition des personnes au danger (<strong>Fr<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>de la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;occurrence d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement dangereux (<strong>Pr<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>des possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9viter ou de limiter le dommage (<strong>Av<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La gravit\u00e9 du dommage (Se) est not\u00e9e de 1 \u00e0 4, 4 \u00e9tant la situation la plus grave.<\/p>\n<p>La probabilit\u00e9 de survenue d&rsquo;un dommage est d\u00e9compos\u00e9e en trois param\u00e8tres ; chacun de ces param\u00e8tres est not\u00e9 de 1 \u00e0 5, 5 \u00e9tant la \u00ab\u00a0pire\u00a0\u00bb situation, et leurs scores sont additionn\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer une classe (Cl).<\/p>\n<p>La cote SIL est ensuite choisie dans une matrice qui repr\u00e9sente le score de gravit\u00e9 (Se) et la classe (Cl). Le SIL est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du tableau 4.6 {4.8.1.1}. La classe (Cl) est calcul\u00e9e comme suit Cl = Fr + Pr + Av.<\/p>\n<p>La zone noire indique le SIL assign\u00e9 comme cible pour le SCS. Les zones plus claires indiquent qu&rsquo;une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une valeur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 SIL 1 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;un PLr a selon la norme ISO 13849-1. Si un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le est utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire le risque, seul le principe de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de base doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9. Ce concept est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0autres mesures\u00a0\u00bb (OM).<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la IEC 62061, SIL 2 pour les classes 3 et 4 est maintenant r\u00e9duit \u00e0 SIL 1, en raison du faible score pour les classes de fr\u00e9quence, de probabilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9vitement des dommages.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;indique le tableau 4.4, il existe une relation entre SIL et PL. En outre, un ing\u00e9nieur en m\u00e9canique peut utiliser l&rsquo;annexe A de la IEC 62061 pour d\u00e9terminer le PLr requis et utiliser la norme ISO 13849-1 pour les calculs de la fiabilit\u00e9 atteinte. Cette fois, quatre niveaux sont donn\u00e9s, comme dans les lignes directrices de Rapex :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4<\/strong> est une blessure mortelle ou irr\u00e9versible importante : perte d&rsquo;un membre, l\u00e9sions pulmonaires permanentes, perte d&rsquo;un \u0153il ou perte partielle ou totale de la vision ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>3<\/strong> est une blessure grave ou irr\u00e9versible, mais il est possible de continuer \u00e0 travailler apr\u00e8s gu\u00e9rison ; les exemples sont la perte de doigts ou d&rsquo;orteils, mais aussi les membres cass\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2<\/strong> est une blessure r\u00e9versible plus grave qui n\u00e9cessite une attention m\u00e9dicale. Il est possible de reprendre le travail apr\u00e8s une courte p\u00e9riode, par exemple en cas de lac\u00e9rations graves, d&rsquo;h\u00e9matomes atroces et s\u00e9v\u00e8res ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> est une blessure l\u00e9g\u00e8re pour laquelle les premiers soins sans intervention m\u00e9dicale sont suffisants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>                <\/div>\n Le probl\u00e8me est que le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;automatisation ne dispose d&rsquo;aucune donn\u00e9e de fiabilit\u00e9 et que, dans le cadre d&rsquo;une approche prudente, il ne peut \u00eatre pris en compte dans cette analyse.
