Il y a plusieurs raisons pour relier une pi\u00e8ce m\u00e9tallique conductrice; l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elles est de prot\u00e9ger les circuits de contr\u00f4le contre les dysfonctionnements.<\/p>\n<p>La prescription est \u00e0 la fois dans la norme IEC 60204-1 [3] et dans la norme NFPA 79 [44].<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>[IEC 60204-1] 9.4.3 Protection contre les dysfonctionnements des circuits de commande. 9.4.3.1 D\u00e9fauts d&rsquo;isolation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9.4.3.1.2 M\u00e9thode a) &#8211; Circuits de commande mis \u00e0 la terre et aliment\u00e9s par des transformateurs.<\/strong> Le conducteur commun doit \u00eatre reli\u00e9 au circuit de protection au point d&rsquo;alimentation. Tous les contacts, \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 semi-conducteurs, etc., destin\u00e9s \u00e0 actionner un dispositif \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique ou autre (par exemple, un relais, un voyant) doivent \u00eatre ins\u00e9r\u00e9s entre le conducteur commut\u00e9 de l&rsquo;alimentation du circuit de commande et l&rsquo;une des bornes de la bobine ou du dispositif. L&rsquo;autre borne de la bobine ou du dispositif est connect\u00e9e directement au conducteur commun de l&rsquo;alimentation du circuit de commande sans aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment de commutation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>[NFPA 79] 8.3 Circuits de commande.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les circuits de commande peuvent \u00eatre mis \u00e0 la terre ou non. [&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.3.1<\/strong> Si le syst\u00e8me de commande est mis \u00e0 la terre, la sortie doit \u00eatre mise \u00e0 la terre aussi pr\u00e8s que possible de la source d&rsquo;alimentation de la commande et avant le premier dispositif de commande. Les dispositifs de commutation ne doivent pas \u00eatre autoris\u00e9s dans un ou des conducteurs mis \u00e0 la terre, \u00e0 moins que le ou les conducteurs du circuit de commande ne soient ouverts simultan\u00e9ment.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>[NFPA 79] 9.1.4 Connexion des dispositifs du circuit de commande.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9.1.4.1<\/strong> Toutes les bobines de commande des dispositifs \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques magn\u00e9tiques et des lampes indicatrices (ou les enroulements primaires des transformateurs pour les lampes indicatrices) doivent \u00eatre directement connect\u00e9es au m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9 du circuit de commande. Tous les contacts \u00e9lectriques du circuit de commande doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9s comme indiqu\u00e9 dans la figure 3.<\/p>\n<p>La raison en est que, si le bouton-poussoir d&rsquo;urgence est connect\u00e9 comme dans la figure 1, en cas de d\u00e9faut \u00e0 la terre, comme indiqu\u00e9 par la fl\u00e8che rouge, sa fonction est contourn\u00e9e, ou en d&rsquo;autres termes, l&rsquo;arret d&rsquo;urgence devient inactif!<\/p>\n<p>Cela est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une <strong>d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques<\/strong>. Une autre fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;exprimer le m\u00eame concept est qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un manquement important \u00e0 <strong>un principe de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de base<\/strong> \u00e9nonc\u00e9 dans la norme ISO 13849-1:2012, tableau D.1. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;avec ce mauvais c\u00e2blage, il n y a aucun sens de calculer le niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 des <strong>syst\u00e8mes de commande relatifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques des circuits de commande, il est important de mettre \u00e0 la terre l&rsquo;un des deux p\u00f4les du transformateur et toutes les parties m\u00e9talliques qui contiennent des circuits de commande, <strong>m\u00eame dans le cas de sources de tr\u00e8s basse tension<\/strong>.
