Ce document est une norme de <strong>type C selon l&rsquo;ISO 12100.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous rappelons que lorsque les dispositions d&rsquo;une norme de type C diff\u00e8rent de celles des normes de type A (ISO 12100) ou de type B (ISO 13855 par exemple), les dispositions de la norme de type C pr\u00e9valent sur celles des autres normes applicables aux machines con\u00e7ues et construites conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ses dispositions.<\/p>\n<p>Les dangers associ\u00e9s aux applications robotiques sont bien connus, mais leurs sources sont souvent sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque application. Le nombre et <strong>le type de dangers sont directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la nature du processus d&rsquo;automatisation<\/strong> et \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;application. Les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces dangers varient selon le robot utilis\u00e9, ses fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, son int\u00e9gration, son installation, ses programmes, son utilisation et sa maintenance. <strong>Ce document d\u00e9finit les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de robots dans des applications et des cellules robotiques<\/strong>. Ces exigences incluent la protection des op\u00e9rateurs pendant l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, la mise en service, les tests fonctionnels, la programmation, l&rsquo;exploitation, la maintenance et la r\u00e9paration. Les exigences relatives au robot sont d\u00e9crites dans la norme ISO 10218-1.<\/p>\n<p>Le champ d&rsquo;application de la norme est donc de sp\u00e9cifier les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des robots et syst\u00e8mes robotiques industriels. L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration comprend\u00a0:<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0la conception, la fabrication, l&rsquo;installation, l&rsquo;exploitation, la maintenance et la mise hors service du syst\u00e8me ou de la cellule robotique industrielle\u00a0;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la conception, la fabrication, l&rsquo;installation, l&rsquo;exploitation, la maintenance et la mise hors service du syst\u00e8me ou de la cellule robotique industrielle.<br \/>\nLa norme ISO\u00a010218-2 <strong>d\u00e9crit les principaux dangers<\/strong> et situations dangereuses associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces syst\u00e8mes et fournit des exigences pour \u00e9liminer ou r\u00e9duire les risques associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il est important de souligner que le terme \u00ab\u00a0<strong>robot collaboratif<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement banni de cette norme car il est trompeur, car <strong>seule l&rsquo;application peut \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e et valid\u00e9e en tant qu&rsquo;application collaborative.<\/strong> De plus, le terme \u00ab\u00a0exploitation collaborative\u00a0\u00bb n&rsquo;est pas utilis\u00e9 dans ce document.
