Il introduit le concept important <strong>d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ensemble du corps<\/strong>, d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans certaines normes am\u00e9ricaines cl\u00e9s comme B11.0 et B11.19.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>acc\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ensemble du corps<\/strong> : situation dans laquelle une personne peut se trouver enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La norme exige des mesures de protection suppl\u00e9mentaires s&rsquo;il existe un espace tel qu&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur peut p\u00e9n\u00e9trer au-del\u00e0 des protecteurs et des dispositifs de protection et restaurer ou remettre en service la SRP\/CS.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple d<strong>&lsquo;acc\u00e8s pour le corps entier<\/strong> est illustr\u00e9 \u00e0 la figure. Une distance horizontale de 75 mm ou moins s\u00e9pare une ESPE verticale du ch\u00e2ssis de la machine, lorsqu&rsquo;elle est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 750 mm au-dessus du plan de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, ce qui peut r\u00e9duire la probabilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur se place entre une ESPE et la machine de telle sorte qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ESPE.<\/p>\n<p>Si la distance horizontale est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0<strong> 75 mm<\/strong>, une \u00e9valuation des risques doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires de r\u00e9duction des risques.<\/p>\n<p>Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, s&rsquo;il est possible d&rsquo;accomplir la ou les t\u00e2ches identifi\u00e9es sans alimentation \u00e9lectrique,<strong> l&rsquo;isolation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dangereuse<\/strong> doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 14118.<\/p>\n<p>Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, il convient de pr\u00e9voir une ou plusieurs des m\u00e9thodes suivantes pour emp\u00eacher une ou plusieurs personnes de rester ind\u00e9tect\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;obstacles physiques pour emp\u00eacher les individus de rester dans des endroits ind\u00e9tectables.<\/li>\n<li>la d\u00e9tection automatique au moyen d&rsquo;un dispositif de protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le r\u00e9armement manuel de la SRP\/CS ne doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une fois que l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le du dispositif de r\u00e9armement est exempt de toute personne et de tout \u00e9quipement de soutien ext\u00e9rieur (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, un <strong>\u00ab\u00a0blocage\u00a0\u00bb de la fonction de r\u00e9armement<\/strong> \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement non observable ou ind\u00e9tectable doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu).<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l&rsquo;actionnement d&rsquo;un dispositif de commande li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 peut causer ou entra\u00eener des dommages aux personnes, l&#8217;emplacement du dispositif de commande li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre situ\u00e9 dans une position s\u00fbre.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>dispositifs de verrouillage<\/strong> interne doivent pouvoir s&rsquo;ouvrir facilement de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur avec ou sans alimentation \u00e9lectrique, les moyens d&rsquo;ouverture doivent \u00eatre actionn\u00e9s manuellement et doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une commande d&rsquo;arr\u00eat, ils doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en conjonction avec un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;avertissement de d\u00e9clenchement&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;avertissement de d\u00e9clenchement,<\/strong> comprenant un avertissement sonore et\/ou visuel, peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9initialisation de la SRP\/CS et\/ou pour le red\u00e9marrage de la condition dangereuse (syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;avertissement de pr\u00e9-d\u00e9marrage). Cela peut \u00eatre appropri\u00e9 dans des situations telles que les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la longueur du processus de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement d\u00e9passe 7 m ;<\/li>\n<li>il y a plus d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9\/section de machine et la hauteur de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9\/section de machine, mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du niveau du sol, est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,6 m ;<\/li>\n<li>le syst\u00e8me comprend des \u00e9quipements situ\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tages ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;avertissement d&rsquo;amor\u00e7age comprend une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;avertissement et, lorsqu&rsquo;elle est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e, une p\u00e9riode permissive.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 s et doit \u00eatre d\u00e9clench\u00e9e soit par l&rsquo;actionneur de mode manuel, soit par l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de red\u00e9marrage du cycle automatique.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;avertissement avant d\u00e9marrage est utilis\u00e9, une p\u00e9riode permissive est requise. Cette p\u00e9riode doit commencer apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;avertissement et doit permettre des changements d&rsquo;\u00e9tat successifs de la machine, sans \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;avertissement.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;un chapitre de la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme.
