En fait, pour les machines industrielles, pour les moteurs de faible puissance nominale, des conducteurs inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 AWG 14 peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du panneau de contr\u00f4le : veuillez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au tableau 66.2.<\/p>\n<p>Pour calculer la taille d&rsquo;un conducteur \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un panneau de commande, il faut augmenter le courant nominal du moteur de 25 % : c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;ampacit\u00e9 minimale que le conducteur doit avoir.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les ampacit\u00e9s des conducteurs des circuits de puissance, \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des panneaux de contr\u00f4le, sont indiqu\u00e9es dans le tableau 28.1 de l&rsquo;UL 508A, tandis que pour<strong> les circuits de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>, le tableau \u00e0 utiliser est le<strong> tableau 38.1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour en revenir aux circuits de puissance, il est \u00e9galement obligatoire d&rsquo;utiliser des conducteurs qui peuvent supporter 90\u00b0C, <strong>mais qui ne peuvent pas d\u00e9passer 75\u00b0C en temp\u00e9rature<\/strong> : cela signifie que leur ampacit\u00e9 sera inf\u00e9rieure, puisque nous ne pouvons pas les amener \u00e0 90\u00b0C, comme nous le faisons en Europe ou, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, en suivant par exemple la norme CEI 60204-1. Mais lorsque l&rsquo;on consulte le tableau 28.1, on peut avoir un doute sur la colonne \u00e0 choisir : la colonne 60\u00b0C ou la colonne 75\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Par exemple<\/strong>, si un moteur a un FLC de 50 A, je dois utiliser un c\u00e2ble d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;au moins 62,5 A. Dois-je alors utiliser un AWG 4 (\u00e0 60\u00b0C, la capacit\u00e9 est de 70 A) ou un AWG 6 (\u00e0 75\u00b0C, la capacit\u00e9 est de 65 A) ? Cette question a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 implicite, puisqu&rsquo;elle est clairement expliqu\u00e9e dans le NEC. Toutefois, cela a souvent suscit\u00e9 des doutes et de la confusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans la mise \u00e0 jour 2022 de la norme<\/strong>, il est expliqu\u00e9 quand il faut utiliser la colonne 60\u00b0C et quand la colonne 75\u00b0C peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. Ci-apr\u00e8s le langage cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[UL 508A : 2022] 29.6 Dimensionnement<br \/>\n[&#8230;]<br \/>\nLa temp\u00e9rature nominale du fil indiqu\u00e9e sur le composant ou dans les instructions doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour s\u00e9lectionner la ou les colonnes appropri\u00e9es du tableau 28.1 comme suit :<br \/>\n1) [&#8230;]<br \/>\n4) Si le marquage des composants o<strong>u les instructions ne pr\u00e9cisent pas la temp\u00e9rature nominale des fils<\/strong>, le calibre des conducteurs doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 <strong>en utilisant les intensit\u00e9s de la colonne 60\u00b0C du tableau 28.1<\/strong> lorsque le composant a une intensit\u00e9 nominale de 100 amp\u00e8res ou moins, et de la colonne 75\u00b0C du tableau 28.1 lorsque le composant a une intensit\u00e9 nominale de plus de 100 amp\u00e8res.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour revenir \u00e0 notre exemple, supposons que nous utilisions un SIEMENS <strong>3RV2042-4JA10<\/strong> avec le r\u00e9glage 45-63A. Comme rien n&rsquo;est indiqu\u00e9 sur son certificat E47705 sur la temp\u00e9rature maximale de ses bornes, comme le composant a un courant nominal inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 A, il faut prendre la
