Dans la mesure du possible, un actionnement involontaire doit \u00eatre emp\u00each\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019application de mesures de conception.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Selon la norme, <strong>dans la mesure du possible<\/strong>, le d\u00e9clenchement involontaire doit \u00eatre emp\u00each\u00e9 par l&#8217;emplacement plut\u00f4t que par l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;autres mesures de conception de l&rsquo;application (par exemple avec une\u00a0enveloppe de protection). Il est essentiel que l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 du dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat ne soit pas compromise.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exemples d&#8217;emplacements possibles pour les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter tout d\u00e9clenchement intempestif :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Placer le dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart des zones fortement sollicit\u00e9es pr\u00e9visibles ;<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionner le type de dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence (bouton, c\u00e2ble, corde, barre ou p\u00e9dale) en tenant compte de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9viter tout d\u00e9clenchement intempestif ;<\/li>\n<li>Choisir la taille ou la forme appropri\u00e9e du dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence ;<\/li>\n<li>Monter le dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence sur une surface encastr\u00e9e du panneau de commande environnant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n Pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019actionnement involontaire du dispositif d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>[&#8230;] L\u2019utilisation d\u2019une enveloppe de protection autour du dispositif d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence devrait \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e, <strong>sauf lorsqu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> d\u2019emp\u00eacher un actionnement involontaire et que la mise en place d\u2019autres mesures n\u2019est pas r\u00e9alisable.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;enveloppe autour des boutons-poussoirs est possible et n\u00e9cessaire si l&rsquo;activation de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence peut causer des perturbations importantes dans le processus. Prenons l&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;un d\u00e9clenchement accidentel du dispositif d&rsquo;urgence pendant le fonctionnement d&rsquo;un four \u00e0 arc. La norme n&rsquo;interdit pas l&rsquo;utilisation de ces dispositifs, mais il ne faut pas abuser: par exemple, sur une foreuse \u00e0 colonne, l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une enveloppe est discutable.<\/p>\n<p>Le standard ISO 13850 d\u00e9crit \u00e9galement les caract\u00e9ristiques auxquelles doit r\u00e9pondre une enveloppe de protection (paragraphe 4.5).<\/p>\n<\/div> d&rsquo;urgence, la norme indique que :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[ISO 13850:2015]\u00a0<em><strong>4.5 Pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019actionnement involontaire du dispositif d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les dispositifs d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre actionn\u00e9s manuellement, les mesures contre l\u2019actionnement involontaire ne doivent pas emp\u00eacher l\u2019actionnement avec la paume de la main, quelle que soit la position pr\u00e9visible de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur de la machine et des autres personnes qui pourraient avoir besoin de les actionner.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;exemple, la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une protection emp\u00eache d&rsquo;appuyer sur le bouton d&rsquo;urgence avec la
