Emergency stop\"\n                                                        type=\"image\/jpeg\"\n                            loading=\"eager\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\"                        \/>\n                    <\/picture>\n\n                \n\n                    \n    \n\n            <\/div>\n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <blockquote><p>4.3.1 Les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre facilement identifi\u00e9s et actionn\u00e9s par l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur et les autres personnes qui pourraient avoir besoin de les actionner.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les actionneurs des dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence peuvent \u00eatre des boutons-poussoirs, des fils, des cordes ou des barres, des p\u00e9dales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leur emplacement est essentiel pour permettre un acc\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 la fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence<\/strong>. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;actionneur du dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre actionn\u00e9 manuellement doit \u00eatre mont\u00e9 entre 0,6 m et 1,7 m au-dessus du niveau d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s (par exemple, plancher, plate-forme).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les p\u00e9dales doivent \u00eatre mont\u00e9es dans une position fixe directement au niveau d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s (niveau du sol).<\/p>\n<p>La norme exige que le dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence soit plac\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les endroits d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques. Dans chaque poste de commande de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, sauf si l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques indique que cela n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire (par. 4.3.2). Ils doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre directement accessibles et \u00e0 ne pas pr\u00e9senter d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments tranchants, d&rsquo;ar\u00eates, etc. La taille de la machine, le nombre de zones dangereuses et d&rsquo;op\u00e9rateurs influent sur le nombre et l&#8217;emplacement des dispositifs d&rsquo;urgence.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral,<strong> un bouton-poussoir d&rsquo;urgence doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque poste de commande.<\/strong> Toutefois, l&rsquo;analyse des risques peut justifier l&rsquo;absence de bouton d&rsquo;urgence \u00e0 certains postes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.3.2<\/strong> Un dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A chaque poste de commande de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, sauf si l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques indique que cela n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire ;<\/li>\n<li>A d&rsquo;autres endroits, d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques, par exemple :\n<ul>\n<li>Aux points d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et de sortie ;<\/li>\n<li>Aux endroits o\u00f9 une intervention sur la machine est n\u00e9cessaire, par exemple les op\u00e9rations avec une fonction de commande de maintien en marche ;<\/li>\n<li>A tous les endroits o\u00f9 une interaction homme\/machine est pr\u00e9vue par la conception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Cela correspond \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce qui est \u00e9crit dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme IEC EN 60204-1, paragraphe 10.7.1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    D\u00e9tectabilit\u00e9 et contexte du dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La d\u00e9tectabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;actionneur est fondamentale.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.3.6<\/strong> L&rsquo;actionneur du dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence doit \u00eatre de couleur ROUGE [&#8230;].<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour accro\u00eetre la visibilit\u00e9, la couleur rouge doit contraster avec le fond sur lequel il est plac\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.3.6<\/strong> Dans la mesure o\u00f9 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-plan se trouve derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;actionneur et dans la mesure du possible, l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-plan doit \u00eatre de couleur JAUNE.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La version anglaise de la norme EN ISO 13850 contraste l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec la norme EN 60204-1, qui stipule : \u00ab\u00a0S&rsquo;il existe un arri\u00e8re-plan imm\u00e9diatement derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;actionneur du dispositif, il doit \u00eatre de couleur JAUNE\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle norme (novembre 2015) exige que ni l&rsquo;actionneur ni l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-plan ne soient \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s avec du texte ou des symboles. Le seul symbole que vous pouvez utiliser est celui illustr\u00e9 dans la figure et pr\u00e9sent dans la norme IEC 60417-5638 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.3.7<\/strong> Ni l&rsquo;actionneur ni l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-plan ne doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s avec des textes ou des symboles. Lorsqu&rsquo;un symbole est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 des fins de clarification, le symbole de la norme IEC 60417-5638 doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>                   Utilisation des cl\u00e9s pour r\u00e9armer les Dispositifs D&rsquo;arr\u00eat D&rsquo;urgence    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n [&#8230;] Les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence n\u00e9cessitant une cl\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;actionneur pour \u00eatre d\u00e9sengag\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;un actionneur d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9sengag\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9, pour \u00e9viter les blessures \u00e0 la main, les instructions d&rsquo;utilisation de la machine doivent d\u00e9crire l&rsquo;utilisation correcte de la cl\u00e9 et fournir un avertissement indiquant que la cl\u00e9 ne doit se trouver que dans l&rsquo;actionneur du dispositif pour d\u00e9sengager l&rsquo;actionneur.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Enfin, la norme d\u00e9conseille l&rsquo;utilisation de dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence \u00e0 cl\u00e9 (photo sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9) : l&rsquo;une des raisons est que si la cl\u00e9 reste ins\u00e9r\u00e9e en permanence, l&rsquo;activation du dispositif d&rsquo;urgence peut entra\u00eener des blessures \u00e0 la main.
