Le terme \u00ab\u00a0<strong>situation d&rsquo;urgence<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe une situation dangereuse, caus\u00e9e par des interactions humaines ou r\u00e9sultant d&rsquo;influences ext\u00e9rieures, \u00e0 laquelle<strong> il faut mettre fin ou qu&rsquo;il faut \u00e9viter de toute urgence<\/strong> en raison de la gravit\u00e9 des cons\u00e9quences de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence <strong>ne doit pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un substitut \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres mesures de protection<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.1.1.3<\/strong> [&#8230;] est une mesure de protection compl\u00e9mentaire et ne doit pas se substituer aux mesures de sauvegarde et aux autres fonctions ou fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Devant un tapis roulant, qui pr\u00e9sente des risques d&rsquo;\u00e9crasement, le probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9solu par l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;une corde d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence !<\/p>\n<p>De plus, le bouton-poussoir d&rsquo;urgence ne peut pas \u00eatre plac\u00e9 derri\u00e8re une porte car son activation n\u00e9cessite deux actions : l&rsquo;ouverture de la porte et l&rsquo;activation de la fonction. Est-il possible d&rsquo;activer les mouvements en cas d&rsquo;urgence ?    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>L&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence n&rsquo;\u00e9quivaut pas \u00e0 une mise hors tension de la machine : seuls les mouvements et op\u00e9rations dangereux sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s : \u00ab\u00a0La fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence peut d\u00e9clencher d&rsquo;autres fonctions, autres que l&rsquo;arr\u00eat, afin de minimiser le risque de dommage (par exemple, inversion ou limitation du mouvement, taux de freinage).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la port\u00e9e du contr\u00f4le ?    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La norme EN 13850 de novembre 2015, introduit la notion de port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le du dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence. Cette expression identifie la portion de la zone de la machine sur laquelle le dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence prend effet.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.1.2<\/strong> La plage de contr\u00f4le de chaque dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence doit couvrir l&rsquo;ensemble de la machine. Exceptionnellement, une port\u00e9e de commande unique<strong> peut ne pas \u00eatre appropri\u00e9e<\/strong> lorsque, par exemple, l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de toutes les machines li\u00e9es peut cr\u00e9er des risques suppl\u00e9mentaires<strong> ou affecter inutilement la production.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Une machine doit \u00eatre couverte par une seule port\u00e9e de commande. Toutefois, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire que tous les boutons d&rsquo;urgence arr\u00eatent l&rsquo;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de production. Dans ce cas, vous d\u00e9finissez plusieurs domaines de contr\u00f4le associ\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence. Chaque plage de contr\u00f4le peut couvrir une ou plusieurs sections d&rsquo;une machine, une machine enti\u00e8re ou des groupes de machines. L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un seul niveau de commande sur plusieurs machines peut ne pas \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9e lorsque le blocage de toutes les machines connect\u00e9es \u00e0 cette zone entra\u00eene des risques suppl\u00e9mentaires ou affecte inutilement la production.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;attribution de plusieurs gammes de commandes doit \u00eatre faite de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que chacune d&rsquo;entre elles soit facilement reconnaissable et associ\u00e9e \u00e0 son dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence. De cette mani\u00e8re, en cas de danger, vous \u00eates en mesure de recourir imm\u00e9diatement au dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat qui vous int\u00e9resse. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, \u00e0 la fin du paragraphe 4.1.2.1 de la r\u00e8gle, on peut lire ce qui suit<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>4.1.2.1<\/strong> Dans la mesure du possible, les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence ayant des port\u00e9es de commande diff\u00e9rentes ne doivent pas \u00eatre situ\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 les uns des autres.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;actionnement d&rsquo;un dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence dans une plage de contr\u00f4le ne doit pas cr\u00e9er de dangers suppl\u00e9mentaires ou augmenter le risque dans une autre plage de contr\u00f4le, et ne doit pas emp\u00eacher le d\u00e9clenchement des fonctions d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence.
