Cette norme contient \u00e9galement un ensemble de r\u00e8gles <strong>inspir\u00e9es des<\/strong> <strong>normes techniques EN ISO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l&rsquo;utilisation de la norme<strong> EN ISO 13849 pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle des syst\u00e8mes de commande<\/strong> est officialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, des annexes suppl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es pour fournir des conseils techniques aux utilisateurs et les distances minimales (de s\u00e9curit\u00e9) autoris\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9es pour permettre l&rsquo;utilisation de la norme CAN\/CSA-ISO 13857.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    R\u00e9f\u00e9rences aux normes ISO et IEC    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La norme CSA Z432-16, par exemple, fait explicitement r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux <strong>normes ISO 13855 et ISO 13857<\/strong> pour d\u00e9terminer les ouvertures et les distances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par rapport aux mouvements dangereux.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>6.3.3 Exigences relatives \u00e0 la conception des protecteurs et des dispositifs de protection, 6.3.3.1 Exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<br \/>\n[Les protecteurs et les dispositifs de protection doivent<br \/>\na) \u00eatre de construction robuste<br \/>\nb) ne pas cr\u00e9er de risque suppl\u00e9mentaire,<br \/>\nc) ne pas \u00eatre faciles \u00e0 contourner ou \u00e0 rendre inop\u00e9rants,<br \/>\nd) \u00eatre situ\u00e9s \u00e0 une distance ad\u00e9quate de la zone dangereuse (<strong>voir ISO 13855 et ISO 13857)<\/strong>, [&#8230;]<br \/>\n<strong>Pour les ouvertures dans les protecteurs, voir ISO 13857.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le dimensionnement des protecteurs fixes, il est fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux<strong> normes ISO 12100 et ISO 14120<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>9.2 Protecteurs fixes<br \/>\nTous les protecteurs doivent satisfaire aux exigences applicables des normes<strong> ISO 12100 et ISO 14120.<\/strong> [&#8230;]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines et les parties des syst\u00e8mes de commande relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la norme canadienne renvoie aux deux normes \u00ab\u00a0souveraines\u00a0\u00bb,<strong> ISO 13849-1 et IEC 62061.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En fait, vous pouvez lire :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>6.2.11 Application de mesures de conception intrins\u00e8quement s\u00fbres aux syst\u00e8mes de commande, 6.2.11.1 G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s<br \/>\nLes mesures de conception du syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le doivent \u00eatre choisies de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que leurs performances en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 permettent une r\u00e9duction suffisante des risques (voir ISO 13849-1 ou IEC 62061). [&#8230;]<br \/>\nCes principes et m\u00e9thodes doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s seuls ou en combinaison selon les circonstances (voir ISO 13849-1, IEC 60204-1 et IEC 62061).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Enfin, l&rsquo;un des passages les plus importants de la norme CSA Z432-16 sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines canadiennes est le suivant :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>8.2 Crit\u00e8res de performance des syst\u00e8mes de commande de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, 8.2.1 G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s<br \/>\nLes parties des syst\u00e8mes de commande li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (m\u00e9caniques, \u00e9lectriques, \u00e9lectroniques, fluidiques, etc.) des machines nouvellement fabriqu\u00e9es doivent offrir une performance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle telle que d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la norme <strong>ISO 13849-1 ou la norme IEC 62061<\/strong>. Les machines existantes, reconstruites ou red\u00e9ploy\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la norme <strong>ISO 13849-1 ou \u00e0 la norme IEC 62061.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Responsabilit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;utilisateur final    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Alors que dans le monde du marquage CE, c&rsquo;est le fabricant qui est le premier garant de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une machine et donc aussi le premier responsable, en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, en revanche, la responsabilit\u00e9 de cette s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est partag\u00e9e et r\u00e9partie entre l&rsquo;utilisateur final et le fabricant. Cela peut nous sembler paradoxal, mais une machine pourrait \u00eatre livr\u00e9e au Canada sans protecteurs fixes et la mise en place de ces protecteurs serait alors de <strong>la responsabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utilisateur final.<\/strong><br \/>\nVoici quelques extraits qui en t\u00e9moignent : l&rsquo;utilisateur final<strong> doit fournir les s\u00e9curit\u00e9s manquantes ou suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> ; en bref, il doit combler les lacunes, une pratique diff\u00e9rente (et inhabituelle !) de ce qui est prescrit dans la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">7 Conception et commande des machines<br \/>\n7.1.1 Les concepteurs doivent suivre les principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux \u00e9nonc\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 5 de la pr\u00e9sente norme et tenir compte des normes pertinentes pour le(s) type(s) de machine(s) sp\u00e9cifique(s). Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, <strong>l&rsquo;utilisateur final doit veiller \u00e0 ce que des dispositions soient prises pour faciliter l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;autres types de protection lorsque des variations dans les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9duisent l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la protection existante.<\/strong> La documentation relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e pour refl\u00e9ter le changement de m\u00e9thode de protection.<br \/>\n7.1.2. Lorsque des applications sp\u00e9cifiques n\u00e9cessitent des protecteurs ou des dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 non fournis par le fabricant, <strong>l&rsquo;utilisateur doit veiller \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;une protection appropri\u00e9e soit install\u00e9e.
