C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de la norme UL 508A pour les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>Auparavant, la norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9tait la norme <strong>C22.2 N\u00b014<\/strong> : <strong>\u00c9quipements de contr\u00f4le industriel<\/strong>. Mais il ne s&rsquo;agissait pas vraiment d&rsquo;une norme pour la conformit\u00e9 des tableaux de commande de machines, puisqu&rsquo;elle \u00e9tait r\u00e9dig\u00e9e pour la conformit\u00e9 des composants \u00e9lectriques tels que les contacteurs (contr\u00f4leurs manuels de moteurs dans le langage technique nord-am\u00e9ricain).<\/p>\n<p><strong>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2017 et contient une approche diff\u00e9rente de l&rsquo;UL 508A en ce qui concerne le courant maximal admissible (Iz) des c\u00e2bles. Cette derni\u00e8re n&rsquo;exige pas de compensation du courant maximal admissible des c\u00e2bles pour plus de trois c\u00e2bles juxtapos\u00e9s. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;un conducteur en cuivre AWG 10 a un courant admissible de 30 A ; veuillez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au tableau 28.1 de la norme UL 508A. Si 9 conducteurs passent \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un panneau de contr\u00f4le, le courant maximal admissible est toujours de 30 A.<\/p>\n<p>Le tableau 7 de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la norme C22.2 N\u00b0286 est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent du tableau 28.1 de la norme UL 508A. Un conducteur en cuivre AWG 10 avait un courant admissible de 27 A si le panneau de contr\u00f4le \u00e9tait ventil\u00e9. Cette intensit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre corrig\u00e9e en fonction du nombre de conducteurs dans une pens\u00e9e de c\u00e2blage conform\u00e9ment au tableau 8. En d&rsquo;autres termes, si 9 c\u00e2bles passent \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un sch\u00e9ma de c\u00e2blage de panneau de contr\u00f4le, le courant maximal admissible devient 19 A : elle est d\u00e9class\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<p>Une situation extr\u00eame est celle d&rsquo;un panneau non ventil\u00e9 : si 9 conducteurs AWG 10 en cuivre circulent dans un circuit de c\u00e2blage, le courant admissible devient 13 A ! C&rsquo;est toute une diff\u00e9rence par rapport aux 30 A pr\u00e9vus par la norme UL 508A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La nouvelle \u00e9dition (troisi\u00e8me) de la norme C22.2 n\u00b0 286 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en juin 2023.<\/strong> Elle comporte un tableau 7 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9vis\u00e9, assez similaire au tableau 28.1 de la norme UL 508A. De ce point de vue, les deux normes sont align\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouveaux aspects<\/strong> contenus dans la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la norme C22.2 N\u00b0 286 :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00e9largissement des exigences relatives aux moyens de connexion ;<\/li>\n<li>exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les embouts et les adaptateurs en queue de cochon ;<\/li>\n<li>clarification des exigences relatives aux composants de la classe 2 (dispositifs de contr\u00f4le non li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9) ;<\/li>\n<li>crit\u00e8res de conformit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les panneaux et les ensembles destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en dehors de la plage ambiante suppos\u00e9e de 0 \u00e0 40\u00b0 C ;<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9termination de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de courant de court-circuit (SCCR) ;<\/li>\n<li>des r\u00e9visions des marquages requis pour le SCCR ;<\/li>\n<li>la suppression des exigences relatives au centre de commande du moteur ; et<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;essais de d\u00e9charge de traction et de fonctionnement anormal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C22.2 N\u00b0286 : 2023 est la norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la construction des panneaux de contr\u00f4le industriels au Canada.
