Avec le <strong>MTTF<sub>D<\/sub><\/strong>, seule la partie des d\u00e9faillances dangereuses est prise en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>MTTF<sub>D<\/sub><\/strong> est associ\u00e9 au <strong>taux de d\u00e9faillance \u03bb<sub>D<\/sub><\/strong> qui se r\u00e9f\u00e8re uniquement aux d\u00e9faillances dangereuses. Le taux de d\u00e9faillance a une tendance variable dans le temps, en particulier, il est :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elev\u00e9 et progressivement d\u00e9croissant au d\u00e9but de la vie du composant ;<\/li>\n<li>Constant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0dur\u00e9e de vie utile\u00a0\u00bb estim\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Augmente apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la \u00ab\u00a0dur\u00e9e de vie\u00a0\u00bb estim\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La tendance de \u03bb en fonction du temps est illustr\u00e9e ci-dessous. Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se cl\u00e9 qui sous-tend toutes les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de High Demand (ISO 13849-1 ou IEC 62061) ou de Low Demand (IEC 61511), et qui repr\u00e9sente la dur\u00e9e de vie utile du composant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Avec ces hypoth\u00e8ses, on peut montrer que MTTF<sub>D<\/sub>=1\/\u03bb<sub>D<\/sub><\/p>\n<p>Comme mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus, le MTTF et le MTTF<sub>D<\/sub> sont des param\u00e8tres statistiques, ils ne garantissent donc pas que le composant fonctionnera avant que la limite de temps ne soit d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, ni qu&rsquo;une fois ce seuil d\u00e9pass\u00e9, le composant tombera d\u00e9finitivement en panne.<\/p>\n<p>Il est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que, par exemple, dans un lot de composants avec un MTTF<sub>D<\/sub>= 6 ans, apr\u00e8s 6 ans, 63% des composants du lot pr\u00e9sentaient une d\u00e9faillance dangereuse. En revanche, dans un lot de composants ayant une MTTFD= 60 ans, apr\u00e8s 6 ans, seuls 10% d&rsquo;entre eux pr\u00e9sentent une d\u00e9faillance dangereuse.<\/p>\n<p>Les graphiques lat\u00e9raux montrent le pourcentage statistique de composants d\u00e9faillants au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le temps augmente pour 4 valeurs \u00a0MTTF<sub>D <\/sub>diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Normes internationales relatives au MTTFd ou B10d pour les composants    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lorsque l&rsquo;on consid\u00e8re les composants d&rsquo;usure, un param\u00e8tre statistique suppl\u00e9mentaire appel\u00e9 B<sub>10 <\/sub>est d\u00e9fini. B<sub>10<\/sub> indique le nombre de cycles au-del\u00e0 duquel 10 % des composants consid\u00e9r\u00e9s par le fabricant tomberont en panne. Avec B<sub>10D<\/sub>, en revanche, seules les d\u00e9faillances dangereuses sont prises en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Pour calculer le MTTF<sub>D<\/sub> \u00e0 partir du B<sub>10D<\/sub>, on peut utiliser la relation suivante :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MTTF<sub>D<\/sub>= B10<sub>D<\/sub>\/0,1*nop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O\u00f9 nop repr\u00e9sente le nombre d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations effectu\u00e9es par le composant au cours d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les valeurs B<sub>10<\/sub> et B<sub>10D<\/sub> sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fournies par le fabricant du composant de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Si ces donn\u00e9es ne sont pas disponibles, les valeurs fournies par la norme ISO 13849-1 peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es.
