et<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u2014 une fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence ind\u00e9pendante.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chaque fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat doit permettre la connexion de dispositifs externes.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les robots disposent de <strong>deux modes d&rsquo;arr\u00eat<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Arr\u00eat d&rsquo;Urgence<\/strong> : si le robot re\u00e7oit l&rsquo;ordre d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence, il s&rsquo;arr\u00eate imm\u00e9diatement, sans possibilit\u00e9 de red\u00e9marrage, tant qu&rsquo;il re\u00e7oit le signal ;<br \/>\n2. <strong>Arr\u00eat de protection\u00a0<\/strong>: le robot re\u00e7oit le signal des verrouillages (ou d&rsquo;un radar de s\u00e9curit\u00e9). Si le robot est arr\u00eat\u00e9 avec un arr\u00eat de protection, il peut toujours \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la commande manuelle correspondante, mais dans des conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (op\u00e9rateur en position de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 vitesse limit\u00e9e et par des commandes \u00e0 action maintenue).<\/p>\n<p>En outre, tout contr\u00f4leur et\/ou toute commande manuelle avec lesquels le robot peut \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 ou provoquer une situation dangereuse doivent \u00eatre dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;une fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence \u00e0 commande manuelle qui<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A priorit\u00e9 sur tous les autres commandes du robot<\/li>\n<li>Provoque l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de toutes les pi\u00e8ces dangereuses de la zone<\/li>\n<li>Coupe l&rsquo;alimentation des actionneurs du robot<\/li>\n<li>Reste active jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit r\u00e9initialis\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme, <strong>l&rsquo;\u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat normal\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> devient une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La raison est tir\u00e9e du R\u00e8glement Machines, qui contient la formulation suivante\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[R\u00c8GLEMENT (UE) 2023\/1230] <em><strong>1.2.4. Arr\u00eat normal<\/strong><br \/>\n1.2.4.1 La machine ou le produit connexe sont munis d\u2019un organe de service permettant leur arr\u00eat complet <strong>en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le mot cl\u00e9 est \u00ab en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb : puisque la fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat normal doit entra\u00eener l&rsquo;arr\u00eat complet de la machine, \u00aben s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, elle doit avoir un niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 bien d\u00e9fini.
