font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La norme <strong>ISO 10218-1<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e : <strong>f\u00e9vrier 2025<\/strong> et remplace l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une norme technique de<strong> type C<\/strong>, qui couvre uniquement les <strong>robots industriels.<\/strong> Toutefois, les principes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9tablis par cette norme peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour d&rsquo;autres types de robots.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le fort d\u00e9veloppement du secteur, le groupe de travail est d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;ISO\/TC 299, Robotique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;objectif<\/strong> de la norme est de sp\u00e9cifier des exigences, des lignes directrices pour une conception s\u00fbre, des mesures de protection et des informations pour l&rsquo;utilisation de robots dans un environnement industriel. Elle d\u00e9crit \u00e9galement les dangers de base associ\u00e9s aux robots et fournit des exigences pour \u00e9liminer ou r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces dangers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les principales modifications<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2011 sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires en mati\u00e8re de conception ;<\/li>\n<li>exigences relatives aux modes ;<\/li>\n<li>clarification des exigences en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>classification des robots (Classe I et Classe II)<\/strong> pour les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle ;<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9thodologie d&rsquo;essai pour d\u00e9terminer la force maximale par manipulateur pour les robots de Classe I ;<\/li>\n<li>ajout d&rsquo;exigences en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la mesure o\u00f9 elles s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des robots industriels ;<\/li>\n<li>int\u00e9gration des exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les<strong> robots industriels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des applications collaboratives<\/strong> (anciennement contenu de la norme ISO\/TS 15066).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans les paragraphes suivants, nous verrons comment la norme traite les aspects les plus cruciaux de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des robots, \u00e0 savoir les performances du syst\u00e8me de commande relatif \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat, le contr\u00f4le de la vitesse et la limitation de l&rsquo;espace de manipulation du robot.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La norme EN ISO 10218-1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en juillet 2011 par le comit\u00e9 technique ISO\/TC 184 en coop\u00e9ration avec le comit\u00e9 technique CEN\/TC 310.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":182,"featured_media":45748,"parent":0,"menu_order":35,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"normative-tecniche":[164],"class_list":["post-38513","normativa_tecnica","type-normativa_tecnica","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipologia_normativa-normes-en-iso"],"acf":{"sottotitolo":"","allegati":null},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
