d&rsquo;un dispositif d&rsquo;interverrouillage pour une machine, il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte toutes les phases du <strong>cycle de vie de la machine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici quelques crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection possibles :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les conditions d&rsquo;utilisation et l&rsquo;utilisation pr\u00e9vue de la machine ;<\/li>\n<li>Les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes dangereux existant sur la machine;<\/li>\n<li>La gravit\u00e9 des blessures \u00e9ventuelles;<\/li>\n<li>La probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance du dispositif de verrouillage;<\/li>\n<li>Les consid\u00e9rations relatives au temps de r\u00e9ponse global et au temps d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s;<\/li>\n<li>Le niveau de performance requis (PLr) ou le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SIL) requis pour la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Les informations d&rsquo;utilisation fournies pour le dispositif d&rsquo;interverrouillage ;<\/li>\n<li>Pour les dispositifs de verrouillage de Type 4, le moyen permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur ne puisse ex\u00e9cuter l&rsquo;apprentissage d&rsquo;un actionneur seul de mani\u00e8re illimit\u00e9e, sans connaissances ni outils particuliers\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Les conditions environnementales .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Un dispositif d&rsquo;interverrouillage doit \u00eatre mis en oeuvre sur un protecteur avec dispositif de verrouillage<\/strong> lorsque le temps de r\u00e9ponse global est sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal au temps d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s n\u00e9cessaire pour qu&rsquo;une personne atteigne la zone dangereuse.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s doit \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la distance entre la zone dangereuse et le protecteur, et de la vitesse d&rsquo;approche conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 13855.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;application, des m\u00e9thodes suppl\u00e9mentaires de d\u00e9blocage peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires. Ces mesures peuvent comprendre, sans toutefois s&rsquo;y limiter :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un d\u00e9blocage du protecteur \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation<\/li>\n<li>un d\u00e9blocage d&rsquo;urgence du protecteur<\/li>\n<li>une conception sp\u00e9ciale du protecteur permettant l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation<\/li>\n<li>un d\u00e9blocage auxiliaire du protecteur peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire s&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9vu qu&rsquo;il soit n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;atteindre l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 dans des situations particuli\u00e8res, par exemple, lorsque le d\u00e9blocage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;un actionneur, que l&rsquo;alimentation est coup\u00e9e et que le dispositif de blocage du protecteur n&rsquo;est pas muni d&rsquo;une fonction de d\u00e9blocage d&rsquo;urgence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE Un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9blocage \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9blocage d&rsquo;urgence ou un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9blocage auxiliaire.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lors de la s\u00e9lection d&rsquo;un dispositif de verrouillage pour une machine, il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte toutes les phases du cycle de vie de la machine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":182,"featured_media":38102,"parent":38071,"menu_order":2,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"normative-tecniche":[164],"class_list":["post-38106","normativa_tecnica","type-normativa_tecnica","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipologia_normativa-normes-en-iso"],"acf":{"sottotitolo":"","allegati":null},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
