La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la norme\u00a0<strong>EN ISO 13577-4 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en juillet 2022<\/strong>. GT Engineering a activement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 son \u00e9laboration, en apportant une contribution significative \u00e0 la section relative \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme\u00a0<strong>EN ISO 13577-2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2023<\/strong>. En juin 2024, toutes les \u00e9ditions nationales de la norme EN 746-2 (y compris celles de l\u2019Italie, du Royaume-Uni, de la France, de l\u2019Espagne et d\u2019autres pays) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement retir\u00e9es. Par cons\u00e9quent,\u00a0<strong>les normes EN ISO 13577-2 et EN ISO 13577-4 sont d\u00e9sormais les seules normes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la conception s\u00fbre des fours industriels en Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;EN ISO 13577 se compose des parties suivantes, sous le titre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Fours industriels et \u00e9quipements associ\u00e9s &#8211; S\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Partie 1 : Exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Partie 2 : Syst\u00e8mes de combustion et de manutention des combustibles<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Partie 3 : Production et utilisation de gaz de protection et d&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re r\u00e9active<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Partie 4 : Syst\u00e8mes de protection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;acronyme utilis\u00e9 dans la norme pour d\u00e9signer les fours industriels et les \u00e9quipements de traitement associ\u00e9s \u00e9tait IThE (EN 746-2), il est d\u00e9sormais TPE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels sont les principaux changements par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2014 de la norme ISO 13577-4 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la s\u00e9rie<strong> EN ISO 13577 n&rsquo;est pas applicable aux fours p\u00e9trochimiques.<\/strong> La norme EN 7462 mentionne, \u00e0 titre d&rsquo;exemples d&rsquo;IThE (annexe A), plusieurs types de fours dans l&rsquo;industrie chimique\/p\u00e9trochimique. La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme EN ISO 13577-2 stipule ce qui suit :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[EN ISO 13577-4 : 2022] 1 Champ d&rsquo;application<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>[\u2026]\u00a0Le pr\u00e9sent document ne s&rsquo;applique pas aux hauts fourneaux, convertisseurs (dans les aci\u00e9ries), chaudi\u00e8res, appareils de chauffage chauff\u00e9s (y compris les fours de reformage) dans les industries p\u00e9trochimique et chimique.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>&#8211; La norme EN 746-2<\/strong> autorise l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;instruments <strong>non certifi\u00e9s SIL<\/strong> pour prendre en charge la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du four. Ceci est d\u00e9taill\u00e9 dans le <strong>chapitre 5.7 de l&rsquo;EN 746-2<\/strong> et est <strong>d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode A de l&rsquo;EN ISO 13577-4<\/strong>. L&rsquo;approche est \u00e9galement conserv\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2022 de l&rsquo;EN ISO 13577-4. <strong>Si certains des composants certifi\u00e9s SIL sont utilis\u00e9s pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du four, on parle alors de \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9thode B\u00a0\u00bb ou de \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9thode C\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Les diff\u00e9rences entre les deux m\u00e9thodes \u00e9tant minimes, dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme EN ISO 13577-4, <strong>la m\u00e9thode B et la m\u00e9thode C ont \u00e9t\u00e9 combin\u00e9es en une seule appel\u00e9e m\u00e9thode BC.<\/strong> Cette approche est utilis\u00e9e chaque fois que le sous-syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, le sous-syst\u00e8me logique ou le sous-syst\u00e8me de sortie sont certifi\u00e9s SIL.<\/p>\n<p>Les principes des trois m\u00e9thodes (A, BC ou D) sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9s ci-apr\u00e8s :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>M\u00e9thode A<\/strong> : syst\u00e8me c\u00e2bl\u00e9, tous les dispositifs sont conformes aux normes de produit pertinentes ; le calcul SIL- \/ PL n&rsquo;est pas requis ;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; M\u00e9thode BC<\/strong> : combinaison de dispositifs r\u00e9pondant aux normes de produit pertinentes avec des dispositifs pour lesquels il n&rsquo;existe pas de norme de produit pertinente. Le calcul SIL- \/ PL pour les sous-syst\u00e8mes sans norme de produit est requis ;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; M\u00e9thode D<\/strong> : exigence compl\u00e8te conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie IEC 61508:2010, \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie IEC 61511:2016, \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie IEC 62061:2021 ou \u00e0 la norme ISO 13849-1. Par cons\u00e9quent,<strong> l&rsquo;annexe E a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement modifi\u00e9e pour refl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;approche par sous-syst\u00e8mes et sous-fonctions,<\/strong> d\u00e9sormais largement \u00e9tablie dans les normes ISO 13849-1 et IEC 62061. La premi\u00e8re partie de l&rsquo;annexe E pr\u00e9sente plusieurs exemples de mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e avec la m\u00e9thode A ou la m\u00e9thode BC.
