Le danger, dans ce cas, est l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique du bras du robot, qui peut heurter une personne travaillant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Deux risques principaux sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ce danger\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Le risque qu&rsquo;en p\u00e9n\u00e9trant dans l&rsquo;espace s\u00e9curis\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour arr\u00eater le robot ne parvienne pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eater en raison d&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le risque que, bien que le robot s&rsquo;arr\u00eate initialement \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;une personne dans la zone, il red\u00e9marre d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on intempestive, en raison d&rsquo;un dysfonctionnement du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me sc\u00e9nario est appel\u00e9 <strong>risque de mise en marche intempestive<\/strong> et, \u00e0 notre avis, il est le plus dangereux des deux.<\/p>\n<p>La norme ISO 14118: 2017 fournit des conseils pour att\u00e9nuer le risque de mise en marche intempestive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maintenir une machine \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat lorsque des personnes sont pr\u00e9sentes dans des zones dangereuses est l&rsquo;une des conditions les plus importantes de l&rsquo;utilisation s\u00fbre des machines et, par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;un des principaux objectifs du concepteur et de l&rsquo;utilisateur de la machine.<br \/>\nDans le pass\u00e9, les concepts de \u00ab\u00a0machine en fonctionnement\u00a0\u00bb et de \u00ab\u00a0machine arr\u00eat\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En fonctionnement lorsque ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments mobiles ou certains d&rsquo;entre eux sont en mouvement ;<\/li>\n<li>Arr\u00eat\u00e9e lorsque ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments mobiles \u00e9taient au repos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;automatisation des machines a rendu la relation entre \u00ab\u00a0fonctionnement\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0mouvement\u00a0\u00bb, d&rsquo;une part, et \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0au repos\u00a0\u00bb, d&rsquo;autre part, plus difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9finir.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;automatisation a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 le risque de d\u00e9marrage inopin\u00e9 et un nombre important d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements dangereux se sont produits lorsque des machines, arr\u00eat\u00e9es pour des travaux de diagnostic ou des actions correctives, ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 inopin\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>La norme technique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est la norme <strong>ISO 14118 \u00ab\u00a0S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; Pr\u00e9vention de la mise en marche intempestive\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, dont la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition date de 2017. Elle\u00a0d\u00e9finit les m\u00e9thodologies \u00e0 suivre pour p\u00e9n\u00e9trer, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, dans une zone dangereuse de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est <strong>l&rsquo;isolation et la dissipation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. En d&rsquo;autres termes, avant de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans une zone dangereuse, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de maintenance doit ouvrir le sectionneur \u00e9lectrique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ouvrir la vanne pneumatique manuelle (normalement 3\/2) requise comme premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de distribution pneumatique de machine, et arr\u00eater l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 hydraulique. Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, le train de gaz doit \u00eatre mis dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<p>En d&rsquo;autres termes, pour garantir un d\u00e9marrage inopin\u00e9, il faut \u00e9tablir un \u00e9tat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/securite-electrique\/analyse-de-la-deconnexion-lockout-tagout\/\"><strong>d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie z\u00e9ro<\/strong><\/a>. Toutefois, cela n&rsquo;est pas toujours possible :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[ISO 14118: 2017] &#8211; 4.3 Autres moyens d&#8217;emp\u00eacher un d\u00e9marrage inattendu (involontaire).<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Si le recours \u00e0 l&rsquo;isolation manuelle et \u00e0 la dissipation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n&rsquo;est pas appropri\u00e9 pour des interventions fr\u00e9quentes de courte dur\u00e9e, le concepteur doit pr\u00e9voir, en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 12100, des fonctions automatiques contr\u00f4l\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires (voir la clause 6) pour emp\u00eacher un d\u00e9marrage inattendu.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres moyens sont donc d\u00e9taill\u00e9s, comme l&rsquo;utilisation de cl\u00e9s verrouill\u00e9es. Toutefois, il s&rsquo;agit plus de l&rsquo;exception que de la r\u00e8gle, et ils doivent faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une \u00e9valuation des risques afin de d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;ils sont appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des aspects importants ajout\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition ISO est la d\u00e9claration suivante :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[ISO 14118: 2017] 6.3.2 Ordre d\u2019arr\u00eat maintenu engendr\u00e9 par un dispositif de commande d\u2019arr\u00eat (niveau A)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Le syst\u00e8me de commande doit \u00eatre con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re que les ordres d\u2019arr\u00eat engendr\u00e9s par le dispositif <\/em><em>de commande d\u2019arr\u00eat aient la priorit\u00e9 par rapport aux ordres de mise en marche. Pour emp\u00eacher la mise <\/em><em>en marche intempestive (inattendue) due \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration involontaire d\u2019ordres de mise en marche (y <\/em><em>compris ceux engendr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du syst\u00e8me de commande lui-m\u00eame), l\u2019organe de service permettant <\/em><em>de commander l\u2019arr\u00eat (ou le dispositif de commande d\u2019arr\u00eat) peut \u00eatre maintenu dans sa condition <\/em><em>d\u2019arr\u00eat. Selon l\u2019\u00e9valuation du risque, le maintien en condition d\u2019arr\u00eat peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au moyen:\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u2014 d\u2019un dispositif de commande d\u2019arr\u00eat \u00e0 accrochage m\u00e9canique ou \u00e0 cl\u00e9, qui d\u00e9livre un ordre d\u2019arr\u00eat <\/em><em>maintenu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit r\u00e9arm\u00e9 manuellement;<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>NOTE<\/strong> La fonction d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence <strong>ne peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/strong> comme une mesure de pr\u00e9vention de mise <\/em><em>en marche intempestive telle que d\u00e9crite dans l\u2019ISO 12100 (voir \u00e9galement ISO 13850:2015, 4.1.1.2).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En d&rsquo;autres termes,<strong> il n&rsquo;est pas correct d&rsquo;utiliser la fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence<\/strong> pour p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans une zone dangereuse de la machine et <strong>effectuer un travail de maintenance ou m\u00eame pour des v\u00e9rifications op\u00e9rationnelles rapides.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n
