La norme d\u00e9taille les modalit\u00e9s de la v\u00e9rification de la conception et les r\u00e9sultats que le fabricant d&rsquo;origine doit obtenir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00e9rification de la conception comprend les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<p><strong>a) Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9sistance des mat\u00e9riaux et des pi\u00e8ces ;<\/li>\n<li>Degr\u00e9 de protection des enveloppes ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9gagements et lignes de fuite ;<\/li>\n<li>Protection contre les chocs \u00e9lectriques et int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des circuits de protection ;<\/li>\n<li>Incorporation de dispositifs de commutation et de composants ;<\/li>\n<li>Circuits \u00e9lectriques internes et connexions ;<\/li>\n<li>Bornes pour conducteurs externes ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>b) Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s di\u00e9lectriques ;<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement ;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sistance aux courts-circuits ;<\/li>\n<li>Compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique ;<\/li>\n<li>Fonctionnement m\u00e9canique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es, les calculs effectu\u00e9s et les comparaisons r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour la v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;assemblage doivent \u00eatre consign\u00e9s dans des rapports de v\u00e9rification.<\/p>\n<p>La tension de tenue aux impulsions et la tension de tenue aux fr\u00e9quences de puissance sont effectu\u00e9es afin de v\u00e9rifier la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;ensemble aux surtensions dues aussi bien \u00e0 des cas naturels (foudre) qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un fonctionnement incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement permet de v\u00e9rifier que l&rsquo;ensemble et ses circuits sont capables de supporter leurs courants nominaux dans les conditions sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es, compte tenu des caract\u00e9ristiques nominales des composants, de leur disposition et de leur application.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance aux courts-circuits permet de v\u00e9rifier que l&rsquo;ensemble est capable de supporter les contraintes thermiques et dynamiques r\u00e9sultant des courants de court-circuit.<\/p>\n<p>La compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique permet de v\u00e9rifier que l&rsquo;assemblage ne perturbe pas l&rsquo;environnement et n&rsquo;est pas influenc\u00e9 n\u00e9gativement par l&rsquo;environnement lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00e9rification de la conception peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e, conform\u00e9ment au tableau D.1 de la norme EN IEC 61439-1, par les m\u00e9thodes suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
