sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 une machine donn\u00e9e.<strong> Lorsqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe pas de norme de produit sp\u00e9cifique pour la machine, les v\u00e9rifications <\/strong><strong>comprennent toujours les points a), b), c) et h) et peuvent inclure un ou plusieurs des points d) \u00e0 g) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>a) v\u00e9rification de la conformit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riel \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 sa documentation technique ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>b) v\u00e9rification de la continuit\u00e9 du circuit de liaison de protection (essai 1 du point 18.2.2) ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>c) en cas de protection contre les d\u00e9fauts par d\u00e9connexion automatique de l&rsquo;alimentation, les conditions de protection par d\u00e9connexion automatique doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>c) en cas de protection contre les d\u00e9fauts par d\u00e9connexion automatique de l&rsquo;alimentation, les conditions de protection par d\u00e9connexion automatique doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment au point 18.2 ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>d) essai de r\u00e9sistance d&rsquo;isolement (voir 18.3) ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>e) essai de tension (voir 18.4) ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>f) la protection contre la tension r\u00e9siduelle (voir 18.5) ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>g) la v\u00e9rification que les exigences pertinentes du point 8.2.6 sont satisfaites ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>h) essais fonctionnels (voir 18.6).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;essai de continuit\u00e9 ne visait qu&rsquo;\u00e0 v\u00e9rifier la connexion des \u00ab\u00a0masses\u00a0\u00bb au circuit de protection, ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour la boucle de d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, <strong>la mise \u00e0 la terre des parties m\u00e9talliques est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>. Dans la nouvelle version de l&rsquo;EN 60204-1:2018, la formulation est la suivante :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>9.4.3.1 D\u00e9fauts d&rsquo;isolement.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>9.4.3.1.1 G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Des mesures doivent \u00eatre prises pour r\u00e9duire la probabilit\u00e9 que des d\u00e9fauts d&rsquo;isolement sur tout circuit de commande puissent provoquer des dysfonctionnements tels qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9marrage involontaire, des mouvements potentiellement dangereux ou emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de la machine.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cela se traduit par la mise \u00e0 la terre du transformateur de commande commun et la mise \u00e0 la terre de toutes les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques susceptibles d&rsquo;affecter une fonction de commande.<\/p>\n<p>La photo suivante montre un bouton d&rsquo;arr\u00eat et un bouton d&rsquo;urgence.<\/p>\n<\/div>                <\/div>\n \u00e9quipotentielle.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;essai de continuit\u00e9 couvre donc \u00e9galement cette partie m\u00e9tallique, bien qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agisse pas d&rsquo;une \u00ab\u00a0mise \u00e0 la terre pour la protection contre les contacts indirects\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle version de la norme modifie la formulation en exigeant un test de continuit\u00e9 distinct de la v\u00e9rification de la protection contre les contacts indirects, \u00e0 appliquer si n\u00e9cessaire, par exemple dans le cas de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de commande.<\/p>\n<\/div>
