Est-il temps de la renouveler ? Oui ! En mars 2022, une nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e par le CEN et n&rsquo;est pas disponible dans les magasins locaux des organismes de normalisation europ\u00e9ens tels que BSI au Royaume-Uni, AFNOR en France ou UNI en Italie.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9quipe qui a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la nouvelle norme est le groupe de travail 1 du CEN\/TC 322, dont GT Engineering est membre. Le groupe a travaill\u00e9 pendant dix ans sur le nouveau texte, avec quelques ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;interruption pour diverses raisons.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>L&rsquo;un des sujets les plus discut\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux chambres de refroidissement lorsque le r\u00e9partiteur est rempli d&rsquo;acier. Finalement, <strong>un compromis a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 dans le cas de la coul\u00e9e de billettes.<\/strong> Il est d\u00e9crit dans le nouveau paragraphe 5.2.11.4. Ci-apr\u00e8s un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>5.2.11.4 Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la chambre de refroidissement<\/em><br \/>\n<em>[&#8230;]<\/em><br \/>\n<em>NOTE 1 Si un brin d&rsquo;une CCM \u00e0 brins multiples est hors processus et que les autres sont en cours de production, il n&rsquo;est m\u00eame pas permis d&rsquo;entrer dans ce brin unique si de l&rsquo;acier liquide se trouve au-dessus dans le r\u00e9partiteur ou la poche de coul\u00e9e. Exception pour le d\u00e9pannage dans le cas d&rsquo;une CCM en billettes, comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-apr\u00e8s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En cas de d\u00e9pannage uniquement pendant la coul\u00e9e dans un CCM \u00e0 billettes, les dispositions suivantes s&rsquo;appliquent : <\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Chaque brin doit \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9 par une paroi et des plaques de protection doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du moule ; <\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; La partie accessible de la chambre (partie sup\u00e9rieure) se trouve sur un seul \u00e9tage et sa surface est limit\u00e9e (&lt; 5 m2) ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Le mode de fonctionnement du brin concern\u00e9 doit \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9 avant l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la chambre de refroidissement et ne doit \u00eatre r\u00e9initialis\u00e9 que par des personnes autoris\u00e9es ; <\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Un acc\u00e8s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque chambre de refroidissement doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 et \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur principal ; <\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Un syst\u00e8me emp\u00eachant l&rsquo;ouverture du trou du r\u00e9partiteur est install\u00e9.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Un syst\u00e8me emp\u00eachant l&rsquo;ouverture du trou du r\u00e9partiteur est install\u00e9 ; Des instructions sp\u00e9ciales doivent \u00eatre donn\u00e9es dans les informations d&rsquo;utilisation<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une machine de coul\u00e9e continue est l&rsquo;une des analyses les plus complexes dans le monde des machines. Le fait qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un processus o\u00f9 l&rsquo;acier, l&rsquo;eau, le gaz et l&rsquo;huile doivent \u00eatre manipul\u00e9s correctement fait de l&rsquo;analyse un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi. En raison de la diversit\u00e9 de conception des CCM, une \u00e9valuation individuelle des risques doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans tous les cas, en tenant compte des caract\u00e9ristiques particuli\u00e8res de la CCM en question.<br \/>\nUne bonne analyse des risques doit prendre en compte les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mouvements inattendus dus \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie stock\u00e9e pendant la maintenance ;<\/li>\n<li>Mat\u00e9riaux p\u00e9n\u00e9trant depuis les zones adjacentes lors de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et du s\u00e9jour dans la zone dangereuse ;<\/li>\n<li>Contact avec des rouleaux rotatifs et\/ou des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de transmission, par exemple des engrenages, des accouplements, des broches, des arbres d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ;<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;urgence \u00e0 effectuer pendant la production sans arr\u00eater la CCM ;<\/li>\n<li>Temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur la plate-forme de coul\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9bordement d&rsquo;acier liquide ;<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9voir des acc\u00e8s s\u00fbrs aux zones dangereuses afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter tout contact avec les pi\u00e8ces en mouvement et les mat\u00e9riaux chauds ;<\/li>\n<li>Risques possibles dus \u00e0 la perte d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (hydraulique, pneumatique, \u00e9lectrique) et\/ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9faillance des commandes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le chapitre 5<\/strong> pr\u00e9sente les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et\/ou les mesures de protection\/r\u00e9duction des risques.<br \/>\nLe tableau 2, au paragraphe 5.2.9.2, pr\u00e9sente les t\u00e2ches et conditions caract\u00e9ristiques des modes de fonctionnement et de r\u00e9paration exemplaires.<\/p>\n<\/div>          \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Un nouveau paragraphe 5.2.17 a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 ; il aide \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer le niveau de performance requis dans des boucles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques. M\u00eame si la norme indique que \u00ab\u00a0les niveaux de performance (PLr) ou les niveaux d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SILr) requis pour les dispositifs de commande couvrant des fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation individuelle des risques\u00a0\u00bb, le paragraphe 5.2.17 de la norme donne des indications permettant de choisir correctement les param\u00e8tres de risque (conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 13849) et d&rsquo;obtenir ainsi le niveau de performance requis ad\u00e9quat. Le tableau 1 du paragraphe 5.2.17 constitue la base de la d\u00e9termination des niveaux de performance requis.
