Le <strong>22 mars 2021<\/strong>, 16 ans apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, une nouvelle norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<p><em>IEC 62061 : S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; S\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle des syst\u00e8mes de commande relatifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le 7 avril 2022,<\/strong> elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e au<strong> Journal officiel de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne<\/strong> et est devenue officiellement <strong>une norme harmonis\u00e9e de la directive Machines<\/strong>. L&rsquo;ancienne \u00e9dition de la IEC 62061:2005 restera en vigueur jusqu&rsquo;au <strong>11 octobre 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La norme est d\u00e9riv\u00e9e de la IEC 61508 et s&rsquo;adresse au secteur des machines : elle permet de v\u00e9rifier le <strong>niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 atteint par un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> (SCS).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe IEC Maintenance (MT62061), qui travaille sur la nouvelle version de la IEC 62061, a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s fin 2016. Le texte utilis\u00e9 comme point de d\u00e9part n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas celui de la version pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de 2005, mais le dernier texte issu de la fusion de la IEC 62061 et de l&rsquo;ISO 13849-1 : <strong>le projet ISO 17305. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des raisons pour lesquelles la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la IEC 62061 est plus proche de l&rsquo;ISO 13849-1 dans son approche<\/strong> : l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a concili\u00e9 le formalisme de la IEC 61508 avec le pragmatisme de l&rsquo;ISO 13849-1.<br \/>\nIl existe plusieurs diff\u00e9rences entre l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2005 et la nouvelle, <strong>la principale \u00e9tant qu&rsquo;elle peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour les syst\u00e8mes non \u00e9lectriques<\/strong>. D&rsquo;autres changements importants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plusieurs am\u00e9liorations et clarifications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es aux architectures et \u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 (articles 6 et 7).<\/li>\n<li>Le \u00ab\u00a0SILCL\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par le \u00ab\u00a0SIL maximal\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me (article 7).<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;utilisation de cas pour les logiciels (article 8)<\/li>\n<li>Des exigences relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance des activit\u00e9s de v\u00e9rification (article 8) et de validation (article 9) des logiciels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Nouvelle annexe informative avec des exemples (annexe G)<\/li>\n<li>Nouvelles annexes informatives sur les valeurs MTTFD typiques, les diagnostics et les m\u00e9thodes de calcul pour les architectures (annexe C, annexe D et annexe H).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La norme n&rsquo;utilise plus l&rsquo;acronyme SRECS (Safety Related Electrical Control Systems), puisqu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;applique d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement aux syst\u00e8mes pneumatiques et hydrauliques. <strong>Le nouvel acronyme est SCS : Safety-related Control System (syst\u00e8me de commande li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div indique la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en utilisant le concept de SIL :<\/p>\n<p><em>[IEC 62061:2021 &#8211; 3.2.24] <strong>Niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SIL) :<\/strong> niveau discret (un sur trois possibles) pour sp\u00e9cifier les exigences d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des fonctions de contr\u00f4le li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 attribuer au SCS, le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 trois \u00e9tant le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 un \u00e9tant le plus bas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>SIL 1 est le niveau le plus bas et SIL 3 le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. SIL 4 n&rsquo;est pas applicable aux machines.<\/p>\n<p>Le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est mesur\u00e9 en PFHD. Dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition, sa d\u00e9finition a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e. Auparavant, elle \u00e9tait appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillance dangereuse par heure (PFHD)\u00a0\u00bb. Elle est d\u00e9sormais appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Fr\u00e9quence moyenne d&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance dangereuse par heure<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.
