3.2.57 Couche de protection : tout m\u00e9canisme ind\u00e9pendant qui r\u00e9duit le risque par le contr\u00f4le, la pr\u00e9vention ou l&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note 1 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e :<\/strong> Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un m\u00e9canisme d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s tel que la taille des cuves contenant des produits chimiques dangereux, d&rsquo;un m\u00e9canisme m\u00e9canique tel qu&rsquo;une soupape de s\u00fbret\u00e9, d&rsquo;un SIS ou d&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure administrative telle qu&rsquo;un plan d&rsquo;urgence contre un danger imminent.
