Un SIS typique est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs SIF ; en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, chaque SIF poss\u00e8de des capteurs de processus qui mesurent une d\u00e9viation de processus, un r\u00e9solveur logique qui ex\u00e9cute la logique fonctionnelle et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contr\u00f4le finaux (par exemple, des vannes) qui am\u00e8nent le processus \u00e0 un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr. La s\u00e9rie de normes IEC 61511 traite des SIS bas\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;utilisation de la t<strong>echnologie \u00e9lectrique, \u00e9lectronique ou \u00e9lectronique programmable dans le secteur de l&rsquo;industrie de transformation<\/strong>. La s\u00e9rie IEC 61511 traite \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des dangers et des risques (H&amp;RA) d&rsquo;un processus, \u00e0 partir de laquelle les sp\u00e9cifications des SIS sont d\u00e9riv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La norme reconna\u00eet que les <strong>d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques<\/strong> proviennent <strong>d&rsquo;erreurs humaines<\/strong> et qu&rsquo;elles peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites par la mise en \u0153uvre de processus organisationnels solides.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2003. La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2016. La norme comporte quatre parties :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Partie 1<\/strong> &#8211; Il s&rsquo;agit de la seule partie normative de la s\u00e9rie. Elle comprend la terminologie et les exigences relatives aux sp\u00e9cifications, \u00e0 la conception du mat\u00e9riel et \u00e0 la programmation des applications, \u00e0 la mise en service, \u00e0 la validation, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exploitation, \u00e0 la maintenance et aux essais des composants du SIS.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partie 2<\/strong> &#8211; Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un guide informatif sur la partie 1. Elle contient l&rsquo;annexe A, qui fournit des orientations et des exemples de mise en \u0153uvre des exigences \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans la partie 1.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partie 3<\/strong> &#8211; Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une partie informative de la s\u00e9rie qui fournit des informations sur les m\u00e9thodes disponibles pour effectuer une \u00e9valuation des dangers et des risques (H&amp;RA) afin de d\u00e9terminer les exigences en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SIL).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partie 4<\/strong> &#8211; Il s&rsquo;agit en fait d&rsquo;un rapport technique. Elle contient des explications et des justifications sur les changements apport\u00e9s entre l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 1 et l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie de normes IEC 61511 contribuera \u00e0 garantir une mise en \u0153uvre fiable et efficace des SIS pour atteindre les objectifs de r\u00e9duction des risques et am\u00e9liorer ainsi la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des processus.<\/p>\n<p>La IEC 61511 est reconnue comme une bonne pratique d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie dans la plupart des pays et comme une exigence r\u00e9glementaire dans un nombre croissant de pays. Les utilisateurs finaux de l&rsquo;industrie de transformation devraient utiliser cette s\u00e9rie de normes pour d\u00e9velopper leurs proc\u00e9dures internes, leurs processus de travail et leurs syst\u00e8mes de gestion. La mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de gestion du cycle de vie des SIS fournit un cadre pour la gestion des personnes, des processus et des syst\u00e8mes<strong> afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 globale et les performances op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La norme s&rsquo;applique lorsque des dispositifs r\u00e9pondant aux exigences de la s\u00e9rie <strong>IEC 61508<\/strong> sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le global li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, <strong>destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans une application du secteur des transformations.<\/strong> Elle ne s&rsquo;applique pas aux fabricants qui souhaitent affirmer que leurs dispositifs sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 une utilisation dans des SIS pour le secteur des transformations ; \u00e0 cette fin, les normes IEC 61508-2 et IEC 61508-3 doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La partie normative ne contient aucune formule.
