Ces types diff\u00e8rent par leurs performances en pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9fauts et sous l&rsquo;influence des conditions environnementales.<br \/>\nLes ESPE de type 2 utilisent un test p\u00e9riodique pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les d\u00e9faillances en cas de danger. Il est peu probable que le type 2 convienne aux applications exigeant une r\u00e9duction des risques moyenne ou \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLes ESPE de type 3 sont con\u00e7ues pour ne pas tomber en panne \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;une seule d\u00e9faillance, mais peuvent tomber en panne \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;une accumulation de d\u00e9faillances. Le type 3 peut convenir \u00e0 des applications exigeant une r\u00e9duction des risques moyenne \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e lorsque leur technologie de d\u00e9tection est appropri\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLes ESPE de type 4 sont con\u00e7ues pour ne pas tomber en panne \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un d\u00e9faut unique ou d&rsquo;une accumulation de d\u00e9fauts. Le type 4 peut convenir \u00e0 des applications exigeant une r\u00e9duction des risques moyenne \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e lorsque leur technologie de d\u00e9tection est appropri\u00e9e.<br \/>\nne pas d&rsquo;ESPE<\/strong><br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;un ESPE est utilis\u00e9 dans un syst\u00e8me de commande relatif \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le PL ou le SIL maximal pouvant \u00eatre atteint par une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui inclut cet ESPE est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans le tableau 1.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n <p><strong>5.5.<\/strong> Un dispositif de verrouillage du d\u00e9marrage doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu, sauf si l&rsquo;analyse des risques a montr\u00e9 que la probabilit\u00e9 de blessure n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9duite par la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un dispositif de verrouillage du d\u00e9marrage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.6.<\/strong> Un blocage au red\u00e9marrage doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu, sauf lorsque l&rsquo;analyse des risques a montr\u00e9 que la probabilit\u00e9 de blessure n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9duite par la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un blocage au red\u00e9marrage. Un blocage au red\u00e9marrage doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu lorsqu&rsquo;un dispositif de protection dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat est utilis\u00e9 pour la protection du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre (dispositif de d\u00e9clenchement).<br \/>\nUn blocage au red\u00e9marrage doit avoir un temps \u2264 0,5 s entre le r\u00e9armement manuel et la reprise des fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.7 Inhibition<\/strong><br \/>\nLa fonction d&rsquo;inhibition ne doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vue que lorsqu&rsquo;elle est strictement n\u00e9cessaire au processus de production.<br \/>\nLes parties du syst\u00e8me de commande qui ex\u00e9cutent la fonction d&rsquo;inhibition doivent avoir un niveau de performance appropri\u00e9 (SIL ou PL) et ne doivent pas r\u00e9duire le niveau de performance de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLorsque la fonction d&rsquo;inhibition est pr\u00e9vue, les exigences suivantes s&rsquo;appliquent :<br \/>\n&#8211; La fonction d&rsquo;inhibition doit \u00eatre d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par deux signaux d&rsquo;inhibition ou plus, de sorte qu&rsquo;une seule d\u00e9faillance ne provoque pas de condition d&rsquo;inhibition.<br \/>\n&#8211; La fonction d&rsquo;inhibition doit s&rsquo;arr\u00eater lorsque l&rsquo;un des signaux d&rsquo;inhibition est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9.<br \/>\n&#8211; Utilisation de minuteries et\/ou de s\u00e9quences pour contr\u00f4ler les signaux d&rsquo;inhibition.<br \/>\n&#8211; La protection contre les manipulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.7.2<\/strong> La fonction d&rsquo;inhibition peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour autoriser l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur uniquement :<br \/>\n&#8211; Pendant les parties non dangereuses du cycle de fonctionnement<br \/>\n&#8211; Lorsque la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e par d&rsquo;autres moyens<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.7.3<\/strong> La fonction d&rsquo;inhibition peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour permettre l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s du mat\u00e9riel uniquement lorsque la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e par d&rsquo;autres moyens.<br \/>\nLes mesures suivantes doivent \u00eatre prises, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant :<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u00e9lection, positionnement et configuration des capteurs d&rsquo;inhibition afin de distinguer les personnes du mat\u00e9riel<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u00e9lection et positionnement des capteurs d&rsquo;inhibition de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter la charge transport\u00e9e, mais pas la palette ou l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de convoyage.<br \/>\n&#8211; Installer les capteurs d&rsquo;inhibition suffisamment pr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ESPE<br \/>\n&#8211; Conception de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la zone dangereuse de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas possible d&rsquo;y acc\u00e9der sans \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La IEC 61496-1 d\u00e9finit trois \u00ab\u00a0types\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;ESPE.
