Pour chaque risque identifi\u00e9, la norme B11.19 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour le r\u00e9duire.<\/p>\n<p><em>L&rsquo;objectif de la norme ANSI B11.19 est donc \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir les exigences relatives \u00e0 la conception, \u00e0 la construction, \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation, au fonctionnement et \u00e0 la maintenance des mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9liminer ou contr\u00f4ler les dangers pour les personnes associ\u00e9s aux machines\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La norme recommande<strong> trois \u00e9tapes,<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar de la norme ISO 12100 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0S\u00e9curit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que d\u00e8s la conception ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Contr\u00f4le technique &#8211; protections, fonctions de contr\u00f4le, dispositifs ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Contr\u00f4les administratifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les responsabilit\u00e9s sont \u00e9tablies pour les fabricants et les utilisateurs, qui sont charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;identifier les dangers et de r\u00e9duire les risques associ\u00e9s, en utilisant les mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir un environnement de travail s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<p>La norme ANSI B11.19 est utilis\u00e9e conjointement avec la norme B11.0. Si l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques est effectu\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ANSI B11.0 et que la r\u00e9duction des risques est conforme aux exigences des normes de type C et de la norme ANSI B11.19, la machine pr\u00e9sente un niveau de risque acceptable.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Application    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Le processus de r\u00e9duction des risques est illustr\u00e9 dans la figure.<\/p>\n<p>Si les dangers ne peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9s, il convient d&rsquo;utiliser des protections, des dispositifs de protection, des dispositifs de sensibilisation ou des m\u00e9thodes de protection.<\/p>\n<p>Si ces options ne fonctionnent pas, il convient de recourir \u00e0 <strong>des proc\u00e9dures de travail s\u00fbres<\/strong>, \u00e0 des \u00e9quipements compl\u00e9mentaires ou \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 la maintenance (dans l&rsquo;ordre).<\/p>\n<p>Les facteurs de risque ne peuvent pas \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement \u00e9limin\u00e9s, mais si les mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques sont correctement appliqu\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;ordre indiqu\u00e9 par la norme, elles permettent de r\u00e9duire le risque jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un risque r\u00e9siduel acceptable. Au cours de ce processus, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe doit s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;aucun nouveau risque n&rsquo;est introduit.<\/p>\n<p>La norme ANSI B11.19 ne fournit pas d&rsquo;exigences pour la s\u00e9lection des mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques, mais seulement pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la mesure de r\u00e9duction des risques une fois qu&rsquo;elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie.
