Elle d\u00e9finit les crit\u00e8res essentiels permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer les risques d\u2019inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>Elle donne des conseils sur les param\u00e8tres de conception et de contr\u00f4le qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire un tel danger. Des crit\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et sp\u00e9ciaux sont donn\u00e9s pour l\u2019identification et de\u00a0<strong>classification des zones dangereuses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la norme ATEX a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e comme <strong>EN le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2015<\/strong>. Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s introduites dans la norme ATEX figurent des orientations sur les <strong>m\u00e9langes hybrides<\/strong> (annexe C). Un m\u00e9lange hybride est un m\u00e9lange d\u2019un gaz ou d\u2019une vapeur inflammable et d\u2019un gaz combustible ou d\u2019une poussi\u00e8re combustible. Ce m\u00e9lange hybride peut se comporter diff\u00e9remment du gaz\/de la vapeur ou de la poussi\u00e8re pris s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Un m\u00e9lange hybride peut former une <strong>atmosph\u00e8re explosive en dehors des limites d\u2019explosivit\u00e9 du gaz\/de la vapeur ou des concentrations explosives des poussi\u00e8res prises individuellement<\/strong>. Il est recommand\u00e9 de consid\u00e9rer qu\u2019un m\u00e9lange hybride est explosif si la concentration du gaz\/de la vapeur d\u00e9passe 25 % de la LIE du gaz\/de la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Les dangers pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les poussi\u00e8res sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La formation d\u2019un <strong>nuage de poussi\u00e8res<\/strong> \u00e0 partir de n\u2019importe quelle source de lib\u00e9ration, y compris une couche ou une accumulation, pour former une atmosph\u00e8re explosive de poussi\u00e8res ;<\/li>\n<li>La formation de <strong>couches de poussi\u00e8res<\/strong>, qui ne sont pas susceptibles de former un nuage de poussi\u00e8res, mais qui peuvent s\u2019enflammer par auto-\u00e9chauffement ou par exposition \u00e0 des surfaces chaudes ou \u00e0 un flux thermique et provoquer un risque d\u2019incendie ou de surchauffe de l\u2019\u00e9quipement. La couche enflamm\u00e9e peut \u00e9galement servir de source d\u2019inflammation pour une atmosph\u00e8re explosive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Classification des emplacements selon la norme IEC 60079-10-2    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La classification des lieux selon la norme CEI 60079-10-2 poursuit deux objectifs principaux : d\u00e9terminer le type de zone dangereuse et d\u00e9finir l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue de la zone dangereuse. La classification suit les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si <strong>le mat\u00e9riau est combustible<\/strong> et, aux fins de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des sources d\u2019inflammation, \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les caract\u00e9ristiques du mat\u00e9riau. Des param\u00e8tres tels que la taille des particules, la teneur en humidit\u00e9, la temp\u00e9rature minimale d\u2019inflammation du nuage et de la couche et la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique doivent \u00eatre pris en compte. Le groupe de poussi\u00e8res appropri\u00e9, \u00e0 savoir le <strong>groupe IIIA<\/strong> pour les envols combustibles, le <strong>groupe IIIB<\/strong> pour les poussi\u00e8res non conductrices ou le <strong>groupe IIIC<\/strong> pour les poussi\u00e8res conductrices, doit \u00eatre identifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 <strong>identifier les sources de d\u00e9gagement de poussi\u00e8re<\/strong>, notamment les \u00e9quipements de production, les points de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement, les fuites \u00e9ventuelles et les couches de poussi\u00e8re susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre soulev\u00e9es et de former des nuages explosifs. \u00c0 ce stade, on tient \u00e9galement compte de la formation \u00e9ventuelle de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de poussi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 \u00e9valuer <strong>la probabilit\u00e9<\/strong> et <strong>la dur\u00e9e<\/strong> des \u00e9missions provenant de ces sources, dont d\u00e9pend la possibilit\u00e9 de formation d&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8res explosives. On distingue les \u00e9missions continues, primaires et secondaires, en fonction de la fr\u00e9quence et de la dur\u00e9e du d\u00e9gagement.<\/li>\n<li>La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste <strong>\u00e0 classer la source identifi\u00e9e<\/strong>. En fonction de la fr\u00e9quence et de la dur\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une atmosph\u00e8re explosive, les emplacements sont class\u00e9s en distinguant la <strong>Zone 20<\/strong>, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des situations o\u00f9 il y a un d\u00e9gagement continu, la <strong>Zone 21<\/strong>, correspondant \u00e0 des d\u00e9gagements primaires, et la <strong>Zone 22<\/strong>, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9gagements secondaires.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, on proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue de la zone ATEX<\/strong>, d\u00e9finie comme la distance de la source d&rsquo;\u00e9mission au-del\u00e0 de laquelle la concentration de poussi\u00e8re est suffisamment inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la concentration minimale d&rsquo;explosivit\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher la propagation de l&rsquo;explosion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La norme ATEX EN 60079-10-2 concerne l\u2019identification et la classification des zones o\u00f9 de tels dangers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re peuvent survenir.
