Ces syst\u00e8mes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement complexes, ce qui rend impossible, dans la pratique, la d\u00e9termination compl\u00e8te de chaque mode de d\u00e9faillance ou le test de tous les comportements possibles.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 concevoir le syst\u00e8me de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9faillances dangereuses ou \u00e0 les contr\u00f4ler lorsqu&rsquo;elles se produisaient. Les d\u00e9faillances dangereuses peuvent \u00eatre dues \u00e0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des sp\u00e9cifications incorrectes du syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;omissions dans la sp\u00e9cification des exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (par exemple, l&rsquo;absence de d\u00e9veloppement de toutes les fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pertinentes pendant les diff\u00e9rents modes de fonctionnement)<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9faillance al\u00e9atoire du mat\u00e9riel.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9canismes syst\u00e9matiques de d\u00e9faillance du mat\u00e9riel.<\/li>\n<li>Erreurs de logiciel ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9faillances de cause commune ;<\/li>\n<li>Erreurs humaines ;<\/li>\n<li>Influences environnementales (par exemple, ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, thermiques, m\u00e9caniques) ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La IEC 61508 contient des exigences visant \u00e0 minimiser ces d\u00e9faillances et \u00e0 construire <strong>un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fiable.<\/strong> Son objectif \u00e9tait le suivant<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lib\u00e9rer le potentiel de la technologie E\/E\/PE pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines et des processus.<\/li>\n<li>Permettre aux d\u00e9veloppements technologiques de s&rsquo;inscrire dans un cadre global de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Fournir une approche techniquement solide, bas\u00e9e sur un syst\u00e8me, avec suffisamment de flexibilit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;avenir.<\/li>\n<li>Fournir une approche bas\u00e9e sur le risque pour d\u00e9terminer la performance requise des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Fournir une norme g\u00e9n\u00e9rique qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e directement par l&rsquo;industrie, mais qui peut \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de normes sectorielles (par exemple, machines, usines chimiques, m\u00e9dicales ou ferroviaires) ou de normes de produits (par exemple, syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de puissance) ;<\/li>\n<li>Fournir un moyen pour les utilisateurs et les r\u00e9gulateurs de gagner en confiance lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de la technologie informatique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 90, les fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9taient de plus en plus assur\u00e9es par des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques ou \u00e9lectroniques programmables.
