La IEC 61508 aborde cette question sur la base suivante :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qu&rsquo;il est possible de quantifier les d\u00e9faillances mat\u00e9rielles al\u00e9atoires<\/li>\n<li>Qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas possible de quantifier les d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie IEC 61508 sp\u00e9cifie 4 niveaux de performance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ces niveaux sont appel\u00e9s niveaux d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <strong>Le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 1 (SIL1) est le niveau le plus bas et le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 4 (SIL4) est le niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/strong> La norme d\u00e9taille les exigences n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre chaque niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ces exigences sont plus rigoureuses pour les niveaux d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, afin de r\u00e9duire la probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses.<\/p>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 E\/E\/PE met g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en \u0153uvre plusieurs fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Si les exigences d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour ces fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 diff\u00e8rent, \u00e0 moins qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait une ind\u00e9pendance de mise en \u0153uvre suffisante entre elles, les exigences applicables au niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;E\/E\/PE.<\/p>\n<p>Si un seul syst\u00e8me E\/E\/PE est capable de fournir toutes les fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requises et que l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requise est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e pour SIL 1, la IEC 61508 ne s&rsquo;applique pas.<\/p>\n<p>Comme indiqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, deux aspects doivent \u00eatre pris en compte pour concevoir un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fiable :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riel.<\/strong> Elle est obtenue en respectant les mesures de d\u00e9faillance cibles quantifi\u00e9es pour les d\u00e9faillances al\u00e9atoires, ainsi que les contraintes architecturales pour le SIL sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 syst\u00e9matique<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un groupe de mesures utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9faillance syst\u00e9matique ; il s&rsquo;agit en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de mesures qualitatives dont la rigueur, l&rsquo;assurance et la confiance augmentent avec le SIL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se compose de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle, en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9faillances al\u00e9atoires, et de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 syst\u00e9matique, en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Selon la norme IEC 61508, les d\u00e9faillances peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9es en d\u00e9faillances mat\u00e9rielles al\u00e9atoires ou en d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques.
