first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>L&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2004 de la norme EN ISO 14122-4 contenait le texte suivant concernant le danger de chute :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[<strong>\u00a74.4.1.3<\/strong>] Note : un dispositif de protection individuelle appropri\u00e9 contre les chutes peut mieux arr\u00eater la chute qu&rsquo;une cage.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans le mode d&#8217;emploi, le texte suivant doit \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>6.2 Instructions pour l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;\u00e9chelles avec dispositif antichute<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Dans les instructions d&rsquo;utilisation, les prescriptions des normes EN ISO 12100-2 et EN 353-1 doivent \u00eatre prises en compte.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>6.3 Marquage aux points d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et de sortie<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Les \u00e9chelles \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;un dispositif antichute de type guid\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre marqu\u00e9es en permanence avec les informations suivantes :<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; type et ann\u00e9e de construction de l&rsquo;antichute de type guid\u00e9 ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; avertissement : \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement de protection individuelle est obligatoire.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Le marquage n&rsquo;est requis qu&rsquo;aux points d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et de sortie accessibles par les \u00e9chelles concern\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ces faits, conjugu\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;orientation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du droit, <strong>ont conduit la France \u00e0 formuler une objection formelle au titre de l&rsquo;article 6<\/strong>, paragraphe 1, de la directive Machines (alors directive 98\/37\/CE).<\/p>\n<p>Cette objection \u00e9tait motiv\u00e9e par le fait que la norme privil\u00e9giait les dispositifs de protection individuelle contre les chutes plut\u00f4t que la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une cage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une hauteur maximale d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, la norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9e de la liste des normes harmonis\u00e9es pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es. La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme EN ISO 14122-4 (derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition\u00a0: 2016) a revu cette approche, <strong>en accordant la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une cage de protection.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>4.2 Choix d&rsquo;un type de protection contre les chutes<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4.2.1<\/strong> N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un dispositif de protection contre les chutes.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>En cas de hauteur totale de chute \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3000 mm, l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle doit \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un dispositif de protection contre les chutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4.2.2<\/strong> Types de dispositifs de protection.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Les principales alternatives pour la protection des utilisateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9chelles fixes contre les chutes de hauteur sont les suivantes :<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>a) Cage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>La cage est un moyen qui est toujours pr\u00e9sent et le niveau r\u00e9el de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est ind\u00e9pendant des actions de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, c&rsquo;est donc le choix pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>b) Antichute de type guid\u00e9 sur ancrage rigide (antichute)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Un antichute n&rsquo;est efficace que si l&rsquo;utilisateur choisit de l&rsquo;utiliser. Si un harnais avec un syst\u00e8me de coulissement incompatible est utilis\u00e9 avec un antichute de type guid\u00e9, il y aura un risque de chute.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La combinaison d&rsquo;une cage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un antichute ne doit pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La partie de la norme qui \u00e9nonce les exigences relatives aux instructions d&rsquo;utilisation a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e comme suit :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>7.1.2 Syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle avec dispositif antichute<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les dispositions pertinentes de la norme ISO 12100 et de la norme EN 353-1 doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans la notice d&rsquo;instructions fournie avec la machine. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Les informations minimales suivantes doivent \u00eatre fournies lorsque le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle comprend un dispositif antichute :<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; l&rsquo;indication qu&rsquo;une \u00e9chelle \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un dispositif antichute ne doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e que par des utilisateurs bien form\u00e9s ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; des conseils sur le risque de chute lors de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un antichute de type guid\u00e9 \u00e0 verrouillage automatique incompatible et d&rsquo;une longe incompatible avec la ligne d&rsquo;ancrage rigide ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; des conseils sur l&rsquo;utilisation du harnais, tel que fourni par le fabricant, avec le verrouillage du guide ;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;enseigner \u00e0 la (aux) personne(s) autoris\u00e9e(s) l&rsquo;utilisation en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9chelles \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;un dispositif antichute ; <\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re dont les parties mobiles doivent \u00eatre verrouill\u00e9es dans les positions pr\u00e9vues lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont utilis\u00e9es et rang\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les coll\u00e8gues qui r\u00e9digent la norme ne sont pas oppos\u00e9s aux dispositifs antichute. Plusieurs points sont \u00e0 prendre en compte\u00a0: <strong>un dispositif antichute n\u2019est efficace que si l\u2019utilisateur choisit de l\u2019utiliser.<\/strong> L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un harnais dot\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de glissement incompatible avec un dispositif antichute \u00e0 guidage pr\u00e9sente un risque de chute. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que des facteurs humains expliquent la r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 utiliser les dispositifs antichute <strong>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 environ six m\u00e8tres de hauteur.<\/strong> Un dispositif antichute n\u2019est efficace qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une certaine hauteur minimale et peut arr\u00eater une chute plus efficacement qu\u2019une cage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, selon la distance de chute potentielle.<\/p>\n<p>La norme ISO 14122-4 est actuellement (novembre 2025) en cours de r\u00e9vision, mais la conclusion reste inchang\u00e9e\u00a0: <strong>une \u00e9chelle \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une cage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 conforme \u00e0 la norme EN ISO 14122-4 ne n\u00e9cessite pas de dispositif antichute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2004 de la norme EN ISO 14122-4 contenait le texte suivant concernant le danger de chute :<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":182,"featured_media":40110,"parent":35374,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"normative-tecniche":[164],"class_list":["post-35390","normativa_tecnica","type-normativa_tecnica","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipologia_normativa-normes-en-iso"],"acf":{"sottotitolo":"","allegati":null},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Cage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou syst\u00e8me antichute ?
