first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>L<strong>&lsquo;appr\u00e9ciation du risque<\/strong>\u00a0est un processus global qui comprend:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;Analyse<\/strong> du risque<\/li>\n<li><strong>l\u2019\u00c9valuation<\/strong> du risque<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation du risque doit comprendre les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la description de la machine<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9glementation, normes et autres documents applicables<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;utilisation<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;ergonomie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation du risque commence par la d\u00e9termination des <strong>limites de la machine<\/strong>, en tenant compte de toutes les phases de la vie de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9termination des limites, l&rsquo;\u00e9tape essentielle de toute appr\u00e9ciation des risques de la machine est l&rsquo;identification syst\u00e9matique des <strong>dangers<\/strong>, des <strong>situations dangereuses<\/strong> et\/ou des <strong>\u00e9v\u00e9nements dangereux<\/strong> raisonnablement pr\u00e9visibles pendant toutes les phases du cycle de vie de la machine, par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le transport, l&rsquo;assemblage et l&rsquo;installation;<\/li>\n<li>la mise en service;<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;utilisation;<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9montage, la mise hors service et la mise au rebut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est que lorsque les dangers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s qu&rsquo;il est possible d&rsquo;intervenir pour les \u00e9liminer ou r\u00e9duire les risques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette identification des dangers, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;identifier les op\u00e9rations \u00e0 effectuer par la machine et la t\u00e2che \u00e0 accomplir par les personnes qui interagissent avec elle, en tenant compte des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments, m\u00e9canismes ou fonctions de la machine, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 traiter, et de l&rsquo;environnement dans lequel la machine peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019identification des dangers, l&rsquo;<strong>estimation des risques<\/strong> doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e pour chaque situation dangereuse en fonction des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de risque.<\/p>\n<p>Le risque associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une situation dangereuse particuli\u00e8re d\u00e9pend des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>la gravit\u00e9 du pr\u00e9judice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>la probabilit\u00e9 de survenue<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div
