Cela peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 soit par une conception appropri\u00e9e de la machine, soit en limitant l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s du personnel ou d&rsquo;autres personnes aux zones dangereuses, et en concevant des proc\u00e9dures de travail pour minimiser l&rsquo;exposition du personnel aux situations dangereuses. Ces normes reconnaissent que le risque z\u00e9ro n&rsquo;existe pas et ne peut \u00eatre atteint. Cependant, une approche de bonne foi de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de la r\u00e9duction des risques devrait permettre d&rsquo;atteindre un niveau de risque acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>La norme EN ISO 12100 est la norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et la r\u00e9duction des risques li\u00e9s aux machines. La connaissance de cette norme est essentielle pour rendre les machines et les installations s\u00fbres. Elle est \u00e9galement importante pour la pr\u00e9paration du dossier technique exig\u00e9 par la directive sur les machines.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux sujets trait\u00e9s sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale aux normes techniques harmonis\u00e9es et leur r\u00f4le dans la pr\u00e9somption de conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la Directive Machines. Normes de type A, B et C<\/li>\n<li>EN ISO 13857 : S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; Distances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher les membres sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs d&rsquo;atteindre les zones dangereuses.<\/li>\n<li>EN ISO 14122. S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; Moyens permanents d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux machines.<\/li>\n<li>EN ISO 14120 : S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; Protecteurs &#8211; Exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales pour la conception et la construction des protecteurs fixes et mobiles.<\/li>\n<li>EN ISO 14119 : S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; Dispositifs de verrouillage associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des protecteurs &#8211; Principes de conception et de choix.<\/li>\n<li>EN ISO 4414 : Pneumatique &#8211; R\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les syst\u00e8mes et leurs composants. EN 415-10 : S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines d&#8217;emballage.
