Chaque province ou territoire est comp\u00e9tent en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail.<br \/>\nEn outre, il existe des lois \u00ab\u00a0f\u00e9d\u00e9rales\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire des lois nationales.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines est principalement r\u00e9gie par les provinces (ou les territoires).<br \/>\nAu niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral (Code canadien du travail), les obligations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de l&#8217;employeur sont les suivantes : \u00ab\u00a0veiller \u00e0 ce que les machines, les \u00e9quipements et les outils utilis\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent aux normes prescrites en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;ergonomie et soient s\u00fbrs dans toutes les conditions d&rsquo;utilisation pr\u00e9vues\u00a0\u00bb ;<br \/>\nAu niveau provincial, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est r\u00e9gie par le \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8glement sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail\u00a0\u00bb (Occupational Health and Safety Regulation ou OHSR).<br \/>\nChaque province ou territoire dispose de son propre r\u00e8glement sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail ou de sa propre loi sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<br \/>\nLa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique est r\u00e9gie au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral (loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9) et surtout au niveau provincial : chaque province r\u00e9dige sa propre \u00ab\u00a0loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;Ontario est la province la plus \u00ab\u00a0stricte\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Elle poss\u00e8de sa propre version du C.E.C. appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Ontario Electrical Safety Code\u00a0\u00bb et disponible sur le site de l&rsquo;ESA (Electrical Safety Authority).<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la seule province qui exige un \u00ab\u00a0Pre-Start Health and Safety Review\u00a0\u00bb de la machine, y compris la \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9curit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique\u00a0\u00bb. En outre, elle exige que tous les produits \u00e9lectriques soient \u00ab\u00a0approuv\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates un fabricant de machines et que vous souhaitez exporter au Canada, les principales normes \u00e0 respecter sont \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es ci-dessous :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; C22.1 ou Code canadien de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (CEC), concernant les principes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de base ;<br \/>\n&#8211; C22.2 N\u00b014 \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9QUIPEMENTS DE CONTR\u00d4LE INDUSTRIELS\u00a0\u00bb pour la conformit\u00e9 des tableaux \u00e9lectriques ;<br \/>\n&#8211; C22.2 N\u00b0286 \u00ab\u00a0INDUSTRIAL CONTROL PANELS AND ASSEMBLIES\u00a0\u00bb pour la conformit\u00e9 des tableaux \u00e9lectriques ;<br \/>\n&#8211; La publication de la norme C22.2 N\u00b0 301 \u00ab\u00a0INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL MACHINERY\u00a0\u00bb est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue pour 2017, pour la conformit\u00e9 du panneau et du tableau de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>GT Engineering offre des services de conseil et de formation aux fabricants de machines sur les principales normes techniques canadiennes en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines est r\u00e9gie par la norme Z432-04.<\/p>\n<p>Elle s&rsquo;applique aux nouvelles machines (comme toutes les r\u00e9glementations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb),<\/p>\n<p>Comme les r\u00e9glementations relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines aux \u00c9tats-Unis, elles s&rsquo;inspirent au Canada de l&rsquo;architecture r\u00e9glementaire de la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb, y compris la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe bien s\u00fbr des diff\u00e9rences, comme la distance entre un danger et la port\u00e9e du bras, qui est de 850 mm pour la norme EN 13857, alors qu&rsquo;elle est de 915 mm au Canada.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n
