Contrairement aux robots industriels traditionnels, les IMR :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se d\u00e9placent librement dans des espaces partag\u00e9s avec les op\u00e9rateurs humains;<\/li>\n<li>Utilisent des capteurs et des logiciels avanc\u00e9s (par exemple LiDAR, cam\u00e9ras, SLAM) pour une navigation autonome en s\u00e9curit\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Peuvent transporter des charges, des outils ou m\u00eame des bras robotis\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>Adaptent leur trajectoire en temps r\u00e9el au lieu de suivre des chemins ou des rails fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les robots mobiles industriels (IMR) sont comparables aux <strong>v\u00e9hicules autoguid\u00e9s (AGV)<\/strong>, mais int\u00e8grent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>un robot mont\u00e9 sur une plateforme mobile<\/strong>; ils peuvent naviguer \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une usine et, par exemple, atteindre des emplacements pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis. Cette navigation peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e soit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes autonomes embarqu\u00e9s, soit en suivant un chemin de guidage pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini.<\/p>\n<p>Les IMR sont class\u00e9s en trois cat\u00e9gories: Type A, Type B et Type C, en fonction de la configuration du syst\u00e8me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les IMR de type A<\/strong> sont des robots mobiles sans \u00e9quipement embarqu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les IMR de type B<\/strong> sont des robots mobiles \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019accessoires qui ne sont pas des manipulateurs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les IMR de type C<\/strong> comprennent des robots mobiles autonomes (AMR) ou des v\u00e9hicules autoguid\u00e9s (AGV) \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019un ou de plusieurs manipulateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les manipulateurs fixes ou mont\u00e9s sur des \u00e9quipements mobiles conduits manuellement sont class\u00e9s comme robots industriels et rel\u00e8vent du champ d\u2019application de la norme <strong>ISO 10218-1<\/strong>, qui d\u00e9finit leurs exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Les descriptions de base ainsi que les conditions de reclassification des robots mobiles industriels (IMR) sont d\u00e9finies comme suit:<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>IMR de type A<\/strong> repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la configuration la plus simple. Il se compose uniquement de la plateforme mobile elle-m\u00eame, sans aucun \u00e9quipement suppl\u00e9mentaire mont\u00e9 dessus. Sa fonction principale est de se d\u00e9placer de mani\u00e8re autonome dans l\u2019environnement. Ces plateformes sont souvent utilis\u00e9es comme base sur laquelle d\u2019autres composants peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s ult\u00e9rieurement. D\u00e8s qu\u2019un accessoire ou un \u00e9quipement est install\u00e9 sur la plateforme, le robot ne peut plus \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un IMR de type A.<\/p>\n<p>Les IMR de type A peuvent \u00eatre fournis dans le but de recevoir ult\u00e9rieurement des \u00e9quipements additionnels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9tendre leurs fonctionnalit\u00e9s. Un IMR de type A est une machine capable de naviguer dans son environnement sans suivre une trajectoire pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie. Le robot conserve sa capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9placement autonome tout en r\u00e9alisant des op\u00e9rations de manutention. Cette configuration permet au robot d\u2019interagir directement avec son environnement, par exemple en r\u00e9alisant des t\u00e2ches de prise, de d\u00e9pose ou d\u2019assemblage de composants. L\u2019ajout d\u2019outils suppl\u00e9mentaires ou de manipulateurs additionnels ne modifie pas la classification de type C. Toutefois, si le manipulateur n\u2019est pas destin\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner et est simplement transport\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me est class\u00e9 <strong>IMR de type B<\/strong> et non de type C.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un IMR de type C utilise un v\u00e9hicule autoguid\u00e9 (AGV) comme plateforme mobile, il est suppos\u00e9 rester sur son chemin de guidage d\u00e9fini en fonctionnement normal. Des \u00e9carts temporaires par rapport \u00e0 ce chemin sont autoris\u00e9s uniquement pour l\u2019\u00e9vitement d\u2019obstacles ou pour permettre l\u2019atteinte du manipulateur lors de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019une t\u00e2che. Une fois l\u2019obstacle franchi ou la t\u00e2che termin\u00e9e, l\u2019IMR doit revenir sur le chemin de guidage et poursuivre sa trajectoire.
