Il couvre tous les syst\u00e8mes install\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re permanente, y compris les dispositifs \u00e9lectrochimiques (par exemple, les batteries), \u00e9lectrolytiques (par exemple, les batteries de condensateurs) et les dispositifs stockant l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique (par exemple, l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9). La\u00a0<strong>premi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">partie\u00a0de l&rsquo;article d\u00e9finit les exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, telles que le champ d&rsquo;application et diverses d\u00e9finitions. Il stipule notamment que tout \u00e9quipement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 ces syst\u00e8mes de stockage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9pertori\u00e9. Des d\u00e9tails sont fournis sur les dispositifs de commutation (interrupteurs, sectionneurs, etc.) \u00e0 utiliser, notamment les conducteurs du syst\u00e8me qui doivent pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;un dispositif de commutation.
