data-end=\"214\">Habituellement, les explosions dans des environnements civils, comme les habitations, ou industriels, comme les usines ou les usines chimiques, sont dues \u00e0 des<strong> fuites de gaz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"392\">Cependant, il existe \u00e9galement des explosions caus\u00e9es par la <strong>pr\u00e9sence de poussi\u00e8re combustible<\/strong>, telles que la farine, le sucre, ou m\u00eame des poussiere m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"660\">Alors que dans le cas des gaz la situation est assez intuitive, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que pour qu\u2019une explosion se produise, les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/risque-atex\/dangerosite-des-substances\/\">le triangle du feu<\/a> sont n\u00e9cessaires, dans le cas des poussi\u00e8res, l\u2019explosion n\u00e9cessite des conditions diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n space-y-4\">\n    <p data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"205\">En ce qui concerne la poussi\u00e8re, sa pr\u00e9sence se trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement<strong> \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du syst\u00e8me de confinement<\/strong>, comme les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aspiration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"439\">Autrement dit, lorsqu\u2019il y a production de poussi\u00e8re dans un environnement de travail, il y a souvent des <strong>syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aspiration<\/strong> qui rendent l\u2019environnement compatible avec la pr\u00e9sence humaine. Un syst\u00e8me d\u2019aspiration se compose de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"458\">Un aspirateur<\/li>\n<li>Un filtre<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"603\">Des conduits qui atteignent les endroits o\u00f9 la poussi\u00e8re est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e ou doit \u00eatre aspir\u00e9e (par exemple des hottes d\u2019extraction).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"803\">Dans un tel syst\u00e8me d\u2019aspiration, il arrive souvent que la concentration de poussi\u00e8re soit sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la MEC (ou concentration minimale explosible), rendant l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re potentiellement explosive.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"1121\">Si une source d\u2019inflammation se produit, <strong>une explosion primaire<\/strong> se d\u00e9clenche alors. Ainsi, l\u2019explosion primaire survient normalement \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du syst\u00e8me d\u2019aspiration ou, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, d\u2019une machine, telle qu\u2019une vis sans fin ou un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 godets, et peut rester confin\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me de confinement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1521\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 cette explosion s\u2019\u00e9chappe \u00e0 cause d\u2019une d\u00e9faillance du syst\u00e8me de confinement,<strong> une onde de pression se forme<\/strong> qui peut disperser la poussi\u00e8re potentiellement inflammable pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019environnement et d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur les surfaces. Cela provoque <strong>une s\u00e9rie r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e d\u2019explosions secondaires<\/strong>, aliment\u00e9es par les flammes de l\u2019explosion primaire ou toute autre source d\u2019inflammation pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1814\">Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u00e9crit a \u00e9t\u00e9 la cause de nombreux accidents au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, notamment dans les \u00e9tablissements alimentaires, qui doivent g\u00e9rer des poussi\u00e8res de taille micronique extr\u00eamement dangereuses. C\u2019est pourquoi on diff\u00e9rencie la d\u00e9tonation de la d\u00e9flagration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"868\"><strong data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"281\">D\u00e9flagration :<\/strong> c\u2019est un type d\u2019explosion caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une combustion rapide qui se propage \u00e0 une vitesse subsonique ; ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est souvent associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la combustion de m\u00e9langes de gaz ou de poussi\u00e8res. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit lorsqu\u2019une r\u00e9action chimique, qui dans le cas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 est une combustion, se propage par transfert de chaleur et par la r\u00e9action chimique se produisant dans le front de flamme. Ce front de flamme, en s\u2019\u00e9tendant, pousse les mat\u00e9riaux environnants, cr\u00e9ant une onde de pression qui se propage dans le milieu \u00e0 une vitesse inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la vitesse du son.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"1323\"><strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"886\">D\u00e9tonation :<\/strong> c\u2019est un type d\u2019explosion, ou plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment une r\u00e9action chimique explosive. Elle se produit par la propagation du front de flamme \u00e0 une vitesse supersonique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la vitesse du son, avec une formation \u00e9ventuelle d\u2019une onde de choc. Il existe des diff\u00e9rences au niveau physico-chimiques qui la distinguent de la d\u00e9flagration. Selon la vitesse en aval du front de flamme, on distingue trois types de d\u00e9tonations :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9tonation forte<\/strong> (vitesse subsonique en aval)<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9tonation faible<\/strong> (vitesse supersonique en aval)<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9tonation de Chapman-Jouguet<\/strong> (vitesse sonique en <p data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"220\">Pour qu\u2019un environnement potentiellement explosif se cr\u00e9e, contrairement aux gaz, les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments de base pour une explosion ne suffisent pas, \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"237\">combustible<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"240\" data-end=\"249\">oxydant<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"269\">source d\u2019ignition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"443\">mais il est important que la poussi\u00e8re soit dispers\u00e9e dans l\u2019air pour former un nuage ; il faut donc quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui, graphiquement, se placent aux sommets d\u2019un carr\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"472\">combustible (poussi\u00e8re)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"507\">oxydant (l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans l\u2019air)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"522\">dispersion<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"542\">source d\u2019ignition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"645\">Cet ensemble d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments cr\u00e9e les conditions id\u00e9ales pour la manifestation du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de feu \u00e9clair.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"776\"><strong data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"663\">Feu \u00e9clair :<\/strong> un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne consistant en un feu rapide et \u00e9tendu d\u2019un nuage de poussi\u00e8res inflammables, souffl\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air libre.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n
