l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2016 de la norme l&rsquo;IEC 60204-1, les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe (IEC\/TC44 MT 60204-1) ont convenu d&rsquo;adopter l&rsquo;Approche dite \u00ab Modulaire \u00bb, introduite dans les ann\u00e9es 1990 dans la norme IEC 60439-1 et ensuite, reprise dans la s\u00e9rie des normes IEC 61439.<\/p>\n<p>Ci-apr\u00e8s le texte de la norme IEC 60204-1 : \u00e9dition 2016.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[IEC 60204-1: 2016] 4.4.2 Compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique ne doit pas engendrer de perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques de niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 son environnement de fonctionnement pr\u00e9vu. De plus, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique doit pr\u00e9senter un niveau d&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9 aux perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir fonctionner dans son environnement pr\u00e9vu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les dispositifs et les composants int\u00e9gr\u00e9s satisfont aux exigences CEM concernant l&rsquo;environnement de m\u00eame nature pr\u00e9vu, sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es dans la norme de produits correspondante (ou une norme g\u00e9n\u00e9rique en l&rsquo;absence de norme de produits), et;<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;installation et le c\u00e2blage \u00e9lectriques sont conformes aux instructions fournies par le fournisseur des dispositifs et des composants eu \u00e9gard aux influences r\u00e9ciproques (c\u00e2blage, blindage, mise \u00e0 la terre, etc.), ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;Annexe informative H si de telles instructions ne sont pas transmises par le fournisseur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>NOTE <\/em><\/strong><em> Les normes g\u00e9n\u00e9riques de CEM telles que l&rsquo;IEC 61000-6-1 ou l&rsquo;IEC 61000-6-2 et l&rsquo;IEC 61000-6-3 ou l&rsquo;IEC 61000-6-4 donnent les limites g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d&rsquo;\u00e9mission et d&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 CEM.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En substance, selon la version 2016 de la IEC 60204-1, pour les Enveloppes de Contr\u00f4le, aucun essai n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire si tous les composants sont marqu\u00e9s CE, conformes \u00e0 la directive CEM et install\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux instructions du fabricant. Cette approche est appel\u00e9e \u00ab Approche Modulaire \u00bb et se retrouve \u00e9galement dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2020 de la norme IEC 61439-1. Elle sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9e pour la version 2025 de l&rsquo;IEC 61439-1 et -2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    CONSID\u00c9RATIONS 2 :    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Cette approche n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e lorsque la norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise au processus d&rsquo;harmonisation europ\u00e9en et nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9s de supprimer cette formulation, sinon la IEC 60204-1 aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 harmonis\u00e9e uniquement avec la directive sur la Basse Tension !<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle ce m\u00eame paragraphe est maintenant ainsi modifi\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[EN 60204-1: 2018] 4.4.2 Compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM)<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique ne doit pas engendrer de perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques de niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 son environnement de fonctionnement pr\u00e9vu. Ci-apr\u00e8s les E.E.S.S. de la Directive Machines actuelle et, juste apr\u00e8s, du R\u00c8GLEMENT (UE) 2023\/1230.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[2006\/42 EC] <strong><em>1.5.11 Rayonnements ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/em><\/strong><em> La machine doit \u00eatre con\u00e7ue et construite de fa\u00e7on que les rayonnements ext\u00e9rieurs ne perturbent pas son fonctionnement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[(EU) 2023\/1230] <strong><em>1.5.11. Rayonnements ext\u00e9rieurs. <\/em><\/strong><em>Les machines ou les produits connexes sont con\u00e7us et construits de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que les rayonnements <\/em><em>ext\u00e9rieurs ne perturbent pas leur fonctionnement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><strong>CONCLUSIONS<\/strong> : Depuis l&rsquo;harmonisation de la norme EN 60204-1 : 2018, le fabricant de machines <strong>a l&rsquo;obligation<\/strong> <strong>d&rsquo;effectuer des essais CEM<\/strong> avant de mettre la machine sur le March\u00e9 Europ\u00e9en. Le probl\u00e8me est que, <strong>pour la plupart des machines, il n&rsquo;existe pas de normes CEM sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong>. La norme EN 55011 est prise comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour tous les types de machines, mais <strong>elle n&rsquo;est valable que pour les Machines- Outils.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De plus, <strong>l&rsquo;approche d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans la norme EN 55011 n&rsquo;est pas reconnue par les consultants HAS<\/strong> de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne. Ci-apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9claration faite par l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux en octobre 2023:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>EN 55011:2016 \u201ccauses inadequate level of protection to radio services and electromagnetic environment by not keeping up the requirements of generic standards (EN IEC 61000-6-3:2021 and EN IEC 61000-6-4:2019), which should be guidelines for product standard committees. Thus, the lack of defined requirements above 1GHz for equipment covered by the document cannot be accepted.
