<p>Chaque fois qu&rsquo;un dispositif de verrouillage avec blocage du protecteur est install\u00e9, il y a un risque qu&rsquo;une personne soit pi\u00e9g\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e et ne puisse pas en sortir, parce que le blocage du protecteur est en position verrouill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9blocage \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation est normalement un dispositif m\u00e9canique <strong>qui force l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un protecteur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il pulsante di sblocco \u00e8, normalmente, un dispositivo meccanico in grado di <strong>forzare l&rsquo;apertura dell&rsquo;interblocco dall&rsquo;interno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[ISO 14119 : 2024] <em>3 Termes et d\u00e9finitions<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3.28<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>d\u00e9blocage du protecteur \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>d\u00e9blocage manuel du protecteur, sans moyens auxiliaires, depuis l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 afin de quitter la zone<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme ISO 14119 (paragraphe <strong>6.8 Acc\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ensemble du corps<\/strong>) pr\u00e9cise qu&rsquo;il existe deux risques li\u00e9s au fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre pi\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la personne peut mourir apr\u00e8s plusieurs jours \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur en raison du manque de nourriture et d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>La personne peut \u00eatre heurt\u00e9e par une pi\u00e8ce en mouvement, par exemple par un robot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Si le premier risque est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme important<\/strong> (par exemple si la personne peut \u00eatre pi\u00e9g\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une cabine insonoris\u00e9e), la norme recommande quelques solutions :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la mise en oeuvre de cl\u00e9s de personnel<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9blocage \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;utilisation de dispositif de verrouillage Dispositif de verrouillage avec blocage du protecteur.
