En revanche, <strong>un d\u00e9tecteur de flamme<\/strong> est un exemple de mesure de protection car il ne peut pas r\u00e9duire la fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 laquelle un feu se produit, mais il peut r\u00e9duire la gravit\u00e9 des cons\u00e9quences en d\u00e9clenchant un syst\u00e8me d`aspersion d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures<strong> pr\u00e9ventives<\/strong> r\u00e9duisent la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement dangereux, tandis que les mesures de <strong>protection<\/strong> r\u00e9duisent la gravit\u00e9 des dommages : les \u00e9quipements de protection individuelle sont un exemple de ces derni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;eau glycol\u00e9e dans les presses \u00e0 forger, au lieu d&rsquo;huile, est un autre exemple de mesure pr\u00e9ventive, car elle r\u00e9duit la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;incendies en cas de rupture d&rsquo;un tuyau.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un <u>espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/u> avec une porte interverrouill\u00e9e et un AOPD est d\u00e9finie dans la norme ISO 12100 : 2010 comme une <strong>Mesure de Protection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>ISO 12100 [41].<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>3 Termes et d\u00e9finitions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3.19 Mesure de Pr\u00e9vention. <\/em><\/strong><em>Mesure destin\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque, mise en oeuvre<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>par le concepteur (pr\u00e9vention intrins\u00e8que, protection et mesures de pr\u00e9vention compl\u00e9mentaires et informations pour l&rsquo;utilisation), et\/ou<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>par l&rsquo;utilisateur (organisation: m\u00e9thodes de travail s\u00fbres, surveillance, syst\u00e8me du permis de travailler; fourniture et utilisation de moyens de \u00e0 la Probabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement<\/p>\n<p>R = S * P<\/p>\n<p>Supposons que nous donnions l&rsquo;estimation suivante pour un risque sp\u00e9cifique :<\/p>\n<p>S = 3 (rupture font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Comme solution, nous proposons de cr\u00e9er un espace sauvegard\u00e9 d\u00e9fini par<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protecteurs mobiles<\/li>\n<li>AOPD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compte tenu de ces mesures de protection, nous devons maintenant r\u00e9\u00e9valuer le risque et juger s&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 abaiss\u00e9 \u00e0 un niveau acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette deuxi\u00e8me it\u00e9ration, certaines personnes consid\u00e8rent d\u00e9sormais une gravit\u00e9 plus faible, comme S = 1 (premiers secours).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce n&rsquo;est pas correct !<\/strong> La mesure de protection que nous voulons mettre en \u0153uvre ne r\u00e9duit que la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre proche d&rsquo;un robot en mouvement et non la gravit\u00e9 du dommage, au cas o\u00f9 le robot aurait un mouvement inattendu (d\u00e9marrage). La personne qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la deuxi\u00e8me it\u00e9ration peut cependant dire, \u00e0 sa d\u00e9charge, qu&rsquo;une <strong>Mesure de Protection, par d\u00e9finition, r\u00e9duit la gravit\u00e9!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>C&rsquo;est du grand n&rsquo;importe quoi !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que, dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme ISO 12100, qui verra le jour en 2026, le terme \u00ab\u00a0Mesure de Protection\u00a0\u00bb (mentionn\u00e9 96 fois dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2010 !) sera remplac\u00e9 par un nouveau terme :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mesure de R\u00e9duction des Risques<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[ISO 12100.2: 2025] <em><strong>3 Termes et d\u00e9finitions<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>3.17 mesure de r\u00e9duction du risque<\/strong> (D\u00c9CONSEILL\u00c9: mesure de pr\u00e9vention). Action ou moyens permettant d\u2019\u00e9liminer les dangers ou de r\u00e9duire les risques<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Les Mesures de R\u00e9duction des Risques sont des moyens d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les dangers ou de r\u00e9duire les risques.<\/strong> Par exemple, l&rsquo;eau glycol\u00e9e dans les Presses \u00e0 Forger est un type de <strong>R\u00e9duction de Risque par Conception Intrins\u00e8quement S\u00fbre<\/strong>, tandis qu&rsquo;un espace s\u00e9curis\u00e9 avec une porte interverrouill\u00e9e est un type de <strong>R\u00e9duction de Risque par<\/strong> Sauvegarde.<\/p>\n<p>Examinons le cas d&rsquo;un robot \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 ; <strong>les dommages<\/strong> en cas de d\u00e9marrage inattendu ne changent pas par rapport \u00e0 une situation o\u00f9 le robot fonctionne dans une zone ouverte. Toutefois, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que le Syst\u00e8me de Contr\u00f4le de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui maintient le robot en \u00ab\u00a0Arr\u00eat de S\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb lorsqu&rsquo;une barri\u00e8re est ouverte, a une faible probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillance, la probabilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une personne soit bless\u00e9e est r\u00e9duite, m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est pas impossible.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, <strong>l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un Syst\u00e8me de Contr\u00f4le de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9duit la probabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, mais ne r\u00e9duit pas sa Gravit\u00e9<\/strong>.
