La protection est assur\u00e9e par des parties actives correctement isol\u00e9es (c\u00e2bles) ou plac\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une enveloppe non accessibles de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/securite-electrique\/protection-from-direct-contacts-ipxxb-or-ip2x\/\"><u>degr\u00e9 de s\u00e9paration IP<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Une autre situation se pr\u00e9sente lorsqu&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique, tel qu&rsquo;un moteur, pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9faut interne et que un des enroulements du stator entre en contact avec la carcasse du moteur. Dans ce cas, la carcasse du moteur est soumise \u00e0 une tension dangereuse. Une personne qui touche la carcasse du moteur est alors soumise \u00e0 un choc \u00e9lectrique. Cette situation est appel\u00e9e <strong>choc \u00e9lectrique d\u00fb \u00e0 un Contact Indirect<\/strong> et les prescriptions qui emp\u00eachent la personne d&rsquo;\u00eatre gravement bless\u00e9e (voire tu\u00e9e) sont appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0Protection en cas de d\u00e9faut\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n sujette \u00e0 un <strong>d\u00e9faut \u00e0 la terre avec r\u00e9sistance n\u00e9gligeable<\/strong>, ce qui signifie, dans notre exemple, un d\u00e9faut \u00e0 la terre avec une imp\u00e9dance n\u00e9gligeable entre les enroulements du stator et le ch\u00e2ssis du moteur.<\/p>\n<p>Un moyen de prot\u00e9ger la personne (Protection en cas de d\u00e9faut) qui touche une pi\u00e8ce conductrice expos\u00e9e d\u00e9fectueuse est \u00ab\u00a0la coupure automatique de l&rsquo;alimentation\u00a0\u00bb vers le moteur d\u00e9fectueux ou vers l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique (comme la machine \u00e0 laver).<\/p>\n<p>En d&rsquo;autres termes, la coupure automatique de l&rsquo;alimentation est l&rsquo;une des Protections en cas de d\u00e9faut. La m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mise \u00e0 la terre du neutre<\/strong> du transformateur (les syst\u00e8mes IT sont \u00e9galement autoris\u00e9s mais ne seront pas pris en compte dans cet article)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me de mise \u00e0 la terre <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/reglements-techniques\/normes-iec\/iec-60364-4-41-protection-contre-les-chocs-elec\/systemes-tn\/\">TN<\/a><\/span> ou <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/reglements-techniques\/normes-iec\/iec-60364-4-41-protection-contre-les-chocs-elec\/systemes-tt\/\">TT<\/a><\/span>.<\/strong> Dans un syst\u00e8me TN, toutes les parties Conductrices expos\u00e9es sont connect\u00e9es au neutre, tandis que dans un syst\u00e8me TT, elles sont connect\u00e9es \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0terre sale\u00a0\u00bb. Dans les syst\u00e8mes TN, <strong>une boucle de d\u00e9faut de terre \u00e0 faible imp\u00e9dance est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e<\/strong>. Dans les syst\u00e8mes TT, la boucle de d\u00e9faut peut avoir une imp\u00e9dance \u00e9lev\u00e9e et c&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle elle n&rsquo;est pas autoris\u00e9e aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada.<\/li>\n<li>En cas de d\u00e9faut \u00e0 la terre avec r\u00e9sistance n\u00e9gligeable, il faut s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;il existe un dispositif de protection (Fusible ou Disjoncteur) ayant des caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;isolation (pas de contacteurs, s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet !) qui ouvre la boucle de d\u00e9faut. Parties Conductrices Accessibles (PCE) doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9es<\/strong>. En outre, une pi\u00e8ce m\u00e9tallique en contact avec une pi\u00e8ce conductrice accessible ne devient pas une pi\u00e8ce conductrice accessible !
